Camp Half Blood,Long Island, New York, 2006
"So, you may be wondering as to exactly why I have called you here, Khloe," Chiron said in a kindly voice, gesturing for me to sit down on a wicker chair in the Big House. Eyeing the centaur uncertainly, I complied.
"I didn't mean to roundhouse Clarisse's face!" I exclaimed before he could accuse me of assault. "In all fairness, she snuck up on me and tried to dunk my head into a toilet bowl, and she was being an assho-"
"However belligerent Clarisse may be, there is no reason to call her a 'donkey hole', Khloe. But that's not the topic of discussion, though this may be related." Chiron clasped his hands together, and I could almost believe that he was a regular paraplegic mortal.
"You have been at this camp for about a year now," He started, "And I have been observing your skills. You have lots of potential, but what I am about to tell you is dangerous stuff. Don't take it lightly under any circumstances whatsoever."
I nodded in agreement, when in reality I was mentally begging him to cut to the chase. I figured that he was going to offer me a quest or something, it couldn't have been that bad, could it?
"For a mere thirteen-year old, you have quite the raw combat skill," He said. "And you also have a knack of figuring out puzzles and codes." He was silent for a moment before he asked in a hushed whisper, "You've figured out who your godly parent is, haven't you?"
I snapped my fingers, and the fireplace inside the Big House lit by itself, flames licking the firewood. A symbol in purple flames appeared in front of us: a pair of crossed flaming torches.
"Yeah," I said quietly, masking my hidden frustration. "But I guess I'll always be stuck in a cabin that's never my own. I can't let anyone know, because she's on the other side. My own mother, Chiron."
Chiron chuckled bitterly. "I know the feeling. But back to what I was saying earlier, you have massive potential. So I have decided to entrust you a task that no one from this camp has ever done in a hundred years."
"Confront the Oracle?" I asked gingerly, picturing a withered old mummy living in the attic. "No one wants to do that."
"No," Chiron said, "This is even more polarizing. If you take this up, you cannot leave it so easily. However, you can have the pleasure of being completely unique in this whole camp. No one will know. It will almost be like you never existed."
I mulled it over. I did like being unique, and I loved to do dangerous stuff that could potentially get me killed. "I can deal with that. But what exactly is this task that I have to do?"
Chiron tried to smile, but it came out as more of a grimace.
"Khloe Alexoupoulos, Daughter of Hecate, how do you feel about being a spy for Olympus?"

Author's Note:
This is my first time writing a book on Wattpad, and to be honest, I'm hella freaked out but also really excited!
To clarify, this isn't exactly a fan fiction per se, but more of a spinoff. Characters from the original series will be there, but the story focuses mainly on our protagonist: Khloe Alexoupoulos.
Hope you guys (Yes you, who's reading this note) enjoy this story and get ready for fluff, drama, thrill, and mystery.
This story is set in 2015,and the characters that we all know and love have grown up. So stuff will be a little different from the original books, and I'm not going to add many inside jokes, like how Percy is not Nico's type,or Jason is always getting hit on the head with a brick, but that doesn't mean that inside jokes will not be there.
And in case you're wondering,Khloe isn't going to to be a cheesy James Bond-type spy who gets all the dudes and has fancy contraptions (Though she does have some really cool stuff). This book is going to deal with the danger that anybody in the line of fire has to go through. Demigod spies included.
I'd better stop mindlessly writing like this and bore you all,so once again enjoy the story and I'll update with the first chapter pretty soon.
