Nakatali ngayon si Tokiya sa isang madilim na kwarto. Sugatan ang buong katawan nya at matinding sakit ang nararamdaman nya ngayon. Sanae is holding a whip. She's interrogating him and whenever he doesn't give the right answer, sasaktan nya ito.
"Hey.. answer me already. If you will, then I will give you a favor. I might kill you with an easy and painless death." Sabi ni Sanae.
"Kill me.." Sabi ni Tokiya.
Lalong nainis si Sanae. She grabbed her sword and pointed it at Tokiya.
"You must've forgotten. We're assassins, we've killed thousands of people, and you're not an exemption." Sabi ni Sanae at itinutok ang hawak na sword sa puso ni Tokiya.
"Just die you monster!!!" Sigaw ni Tokiya kaya hindi nag-alinlangang sinaksak ni Sanae ang puso ni Tokiya gamit ang sword.
"Clean this area, Butler Kang." Sabi ni Sanae kay Butler Kang na nanonood lamang sa gilid.
"Yes, milady."
Umalis si Sanae sa kwartong 'yun at pumunta sa mahabang dinner table. Akala nya ay siya lang ang nandoon, pero nakita nya si Nao na kumakain.
"It's good to see you home." Sabi ni Sanae at umupo. Malayo sila sa isa't isa pero nagagawa pa rin nilang mag-usap.
"Get your hands off the table. Your hands are covered with blood." Sabi ni Nao habang kumakain at hindi man lang tinitingnan si Sanae.
"Sorry about that. It's dirty anyways, no matter how many times I washed it... it's still dirty." Sabi ni Sanae. May nagdala naman sa kaniya ng kape at kaniya itong ininom bago magsalita ulit. "Nao... why did you escape from home?"
Napatigil sa pagkain si Nao at tiningnan si Sanae. "Isn't the answer obvious? I don't want to be with sick people like you."
"Oh, don't say that. We're all the same here. Everyone in this house. That's how we grow up. Tell me, what was it like to live a normal life?"
Nao let out a sigh. "Why don't you try it?"
"You know I can't. But you... you did have a normal life. Mugi said you even had some friends."
"Don't you ever hurt them."
"It depends."
Nagsukatan ng tingin ang dalawa. Dumating naman si Rikka at umupo sa gitnang kaliwang upuan. Tiningnan nya ang dalawang kapatid.
"I want to go to school." Nagulat sina Nao at Sanae sa sinabi ng bunsong kapatid.
"That's insane Rikka! You can't go to school!" Sigaw ni Sanae sa kapatid. Kinuyom naman ni Rikka ang dalawang kamay nya, tila hindi nasayahan sa narinig mula sa kapatid.
"There is nothing wrong with going to school." Sabi ni Nao. Ngayon ay napatingin ang dalawa sa kaniya. "But you should also think of the possibilities that might happen if they know who you truly are."
"Right. If people know that they'll be scared of you. They might even treat you badly." Sabi ni Sanae.
"No. It doesn't really matter what others will think of you. It's just how you think of yourself." Sabi ni Nao kaya napangiti naman si Rikka sa sinabi nito.
