Exercising Fail

OK, so I have a workout schedule for Cross Country (what you see above) and when I was working out this morning (September 15, 2016), I was trying to figure out how to do the "Band-good morning."

While I was setting it up and testing it out, I noticed the band wasn't long enough to stretch over my neck. So I kept trying and trying.

But when I finally got it over my head, the part of the band below my feet slipped out and smacked right into my face!

I am never doing that exercise again! It was hilarious, but that burned!
