A long time ago, Bubsy the Bobcat was another video game character that was made to compete with the likes of Sonic and Super Mario, but he wound up going WAAAAY downhill instead, especially with each (so I've heard-) annoying sequel they kept giving him.
As of recent, the creators of this "Bubsy" announced yet ANOTHER sequel to come out after all these dead years. A bunch of official game critic companies came out and spoke on this, criticizing how we do not need another one of his games (and from what I've heard about it, I agree)!
The hate was so intense, Sonic The Hedgehog came out AND SHOTS WERE FIIRRRRRED! 💀💥🔫
