Your P.O.V:

Don't cue the music yet.

"Garroth!" Aphmau shouted as she ran towards us. "And you!?" She asked, while slowing down.

I suddenly felt uncomfortable with the fact that I was beside Garroth. I felt like there was some sort of lost connection between he and Aphmau that I wasn't quite getting at; maybe a love connection?

" H-how...?" Aphmau asked, she couldn't find the right words.

" (Y/n)" replied Garroth. " It was all (Y/n)".

" But how? She was supposed to be locked up in jail!" Aphmau exclaimed.

"Aphmau" said Garroth as he made his way over to her, while putting his hands on her shoulder.

Pang goes the jealousy...

" I need you to understand that (Y/n) saved me. Without her I wouldn't be here with you" He said while hugging her.

I felt like this was a moment that they should share alone and not with me here.

~Later on~

Cue the music.

After what felt like hours of Aphmau-and-Garroth-talking-time, it was finally time to move on.

Jeez. They sure do talk a lot.

No seriously.

The whole time they where talking, I felt like falling into a hole right then and there. I felt like I was the third wheel. Most of all, I felt like I was friend-zoned.

" (Y/n)?" Garroth asked.

Aphmau had left long ago.

"Huh? Oh. Hi." I replied and continued staring into space. Wait, I don't remember sitting down.

I started to grab my sword.

"Hey! Um... Where are you going?" Garroth asked as he started to follow me.

I looked back at him. "Well, there's only one way for you to find out" I replied as I continued to walk past the old gates into the forest.

Garroth smiled, as he followed close behind.

Garroth's P.O.V:

"So this is your cup of tea isn't it?" I asked (Y/n) as we sparred.

She was really good at it, and I mean- really good.

She used all kinds of sparring tricks that only professional guards could do...Oh, that's right!...

"You betcha" she replied as I knocked her down and pointed my sword at her.

"Have you ever heard of the phrase: Passata Sotto?" (Y/n) asked.

I squinted in confusion. Wait a second! That was the name of a counter attack in-

Too late...

(Y/n) took her chances and did the Passata Sotto... Basically, she twisted her body under my sword and attempted to stab me which sent my body to jerk back.

In the end, it resulted with (Y/n) tackling me and sending us straight to the ground.

I stared at (Y/n) plainly before saying "Ouch".

"That's actually the best thing my opponent could ever say" (Y/n) replied, "But then again, my opponents never live to say any last words"

"..."

I just continued to stare blankly at her.

Once (Y/n) and I finally noticed the position we were in, we both blushed crimson red.

"S-sorry" (Y/n) exclaimed, as she tried to get up off of me, but failed greatly.

"Um..." was all I could say.

Awkward much?

"...Did I ever tell you how bad my stance is?" She asked out of the blue.

"I could kind of tell" I replied while rolling our bodies over so I was on top of her.

I then got up pulled (Y/n) up in the process.

"See? That is what I call good stance." I stated, while doing a slight bow.

"Pfft. Forget what I said earlier on, I have amazing stance!" (Y/n) exclaimed as she stood on her tiptoes and fell over.

I chuckled. I went over to her and helped her up.

"Well then" I stated, "If you have such great stance, then I trust that you'll be able to dance properly tonight at the welcome party?" I asked.

Your P.O.V:

"A party?" I asked. I was not aware of this.

"Yup" Garroth replied.

And with that, he left.

Oh come on.

I then got and idea as rushed back to Phoenix Drop.

Two can play at that game Garroth.

A/N: Yo bros! See? A longer chapter, I told you. I don't have much to say but, I hope you enjoyed this chapter and... bolonga? Why do some people spell it like that? It's so weird.

Boloney.

Bolonga.

I'll think about it.

Bye!
