Your P.O.V:
I woke up the next morning to see a sleeping Garroth next to me. I smiled, remembering the events that took place last night. It was a good idea to bring my night clothing here instead of having to wear an uncomfortable dress to bed.
As I was about to get up when I heard a noise from outside of the room.
"Do you think she's in there?" I heard a voice ask. It was Irene.
"I think so, she and Garroth left early yesterday" , that was also Laurance.
I quickly shook Garroth awake causing him to turn the other way.
"Garroth!" I hollered quietly.
Hmm, he wasn't getting up.
Suddenly, there was a knock on the door.
Knock, knock, knock.
Yikes!
"Um, I'm coming!" I whisper yelled as I made my way to the door.
I opened the door, only to find Laurance and Aphmau.
"Hi! Is there something wrong?" I asked, feeling nervous. I didn't exactly have great chemistry with the two of them.
"No, there's nothing wrong. I just need to talk to about a few things" replied Aphmau as she stood tall. Irene was short anyways.
"Okay, I'll meet you at your house I suppose?" I asked as I shifted from one foot to the other.
"Yes, I hope to see you then", and with that, they both left.
I sighed; I was... scared, and it was rare that I felt the sense of fear- ever.
"Who was that?" asked a voice from behind. Garroth was awake.
"It's about time 'sleepy head'" I replied, purposely ignoring his question. I didn't like showing my fears.
Garroth just chuckled and jumped out of bed.
He knows. I thought to myself. As he passed by to get ready for his patrol. He knows.
The Next Day (After the talk with Aphmau)~~~~~~~~
Start Music.
"Oh my gosh..." my voice trailed off.
S-she... she can do it?
I watched as Aphmau slowly transformed into Irene herself.
Yesterday, Aphmau had called me to talk more about Irene. Apparently, she doesn't believe that she's Irene. Really? Luckily, there is this really smart librarian named Emmalyn, and she tried to convince Aphmau.
Aphmau started to cry.
"I-Aphmau, what's wrong?" I asked as I knelt down beside her.
"I-is this what you saw 400 years ago?" she asked, her voice shaking.
"...Yes" I replied slowly.
Then, Aphmau asked the question that I had been dying for her to ask me.
"Who are you?"
I gulped.
"Well-" I got cut of by a familiar voice halting us.
" (Y/n), Irene is that you?" the voice asked.
Oh my gosh, it can't be...
"Hyria?" I asked.
A/n: Nothing here.
