A/n: What were Laurance and Katrina doing? Find out in this chapter!!
3rd Person Point of View:
At around midnight, Katrina concluded that she could not sleep. How could you blame her? Firstly, there was a cute guy sleeping in the same room as her! Not to mention the fact that she liked the 'cute guy' in the room. But of course, she wouldn't admit it out loud. That would just be pure stupidity. Both you and Ruby would make fun of her more than ever.
Second, was the fact that the former lord of Falcon Claw was alive and well. That upset Katrina more than it bothered her. She thought he had died along with the other citizens...
Of course, the situation agitated her at the least. Therefore, she tried not to think of it much.
But that wasn't all. Quite frankly, Laurance's presence and the former lord of Falcon Claw were the least of Katrina's worries. She'd been feeling quite perturbed. Although she couldn't pin-point what had been making her feel this way. Katrina did know for a fact, that the weird feeling made her want to punch a wall.
All because of these ridiculous reasons, she just couldn't sleep.
Katrina looked to where Laurance slept on the floor. His backside was turned towards her hence, she could not tell whether he was really asleep or not. Although she was sure he was.
Should I wake him up to tell him up to tell him I can't sleep? Katrina thought. She immediately shook the thought away. It would be ridiculous to wake Laurance up for such a silly reason. Katrina wasn't a kid. She was sure she could do well without having to bug Laurance with her problems.
Once again, that would be stupid...
Katrina spotted a glass of water that had been left for her earlier. It rested on a small table. She suddenly felt thirsty.
"Gosh damnit..." Katrina cursed. The only obstacle in her way was Laurance's sleeping form. She didn't want wake him up accidentally."Okay," she muttered under her breath as she quietly got out of bed. She decided to get water from the deck of the ship, where there was a large water canteen that supplied water for everyone.
Katrina tiptoed through the doorway. She exhaled in relief, glad that she hadn't woken Laurance up.
Kat made her way to the deck of the ship. She spotted the large water canteen.
"There it is!" she exclaimed. She covered her mouth, realizing how loud she must have been.As Katrina walked towards the canteen, she realized something.
"I didn't even bring a cup to put my water in," she thought out loud. She face palmed.
"I'm so stupid!" she scowled. She looked around.Where exactly did they keep the cups?
Katrina's Point of View:
I thought for a moment. I could always check the storage...
If only I knew where it was.
This ship was huge to begin with. Ruby and I hadn't really gotten the time to look around and explore the boat. It wasn't like we really got the chance to.
I looked around me once more before heading back into the ship vestibule.
"Oh, hey Aphmau," I greeted. She seemed like she was about to enter her room. She turned around to see me. She smiled.
