The girls moved to the stage with a heavy heart. Yeri squeezed extra hard on Koeun's hand, which told Koeun that she was nervous. Koeun was extremely nervous herself. She couldn't help thinking that something terrible would happen during their debut stage. All she could think about was the black ocean during an SNSD performance early in their debut. Something like that could easily happen to the girls today.

The black leather clothing that they were wearing were starting to suffocating the girls. Even though they were fitted perfectly, they felt like they were getting smaller and smaller. Yeri was already starting to sweat. She wondered if she had enough time to dab the sweat off before they had to go onstage, but before she knew it, they were being called on stage. 

The girls hustled to the stage and could hear the faint calls of the MC's from a different stage. 

"Here we are here to see the girls reform themselves." A female MC said. 

"That's right. Let's greet these girls back to the music scene!" The male said. 

They spoke together. "Let's watch the debut stage for Usibus!" 

Before the girls knew it, the loud blaring sounds came onto stage. Without a second to spare, the crowd started screaming loudly. The girls sent their intense stares through their heavy eye makeup that made the crowd go even crazier. 

The red lights hit the girls on the face that gave them a crazy aesthetic. It wasn't long before the girls started out the dance. Sua started with her rap that was followed by Sohye's soft singing. Even though the girls were all dancing hard, it was obvious that the girls were keeping their vocals stable. The girls' danced hard with Mina and Yeri in the front during the chorus. Klein's power vocals sustained the high energy bridge and before the girls knew it, they were standing in their ending pose.

The girls' breaths were short and sharp. They waited for the crowd to calm down before the exited the stage. Before they could absorb the energy, they all hugged each other and burst into tears.

The same male and female MC's that introduced Usibus were now standing in front if them, introducing them. Now, the girls knew that the MC's were Twice's Sana and NCT's Taeyong.

"Taeyong." Sana turned to her co-worker. "Don't you think this interesting?"

"Of course!" Taeyong exclaimed with a smile. "Usibus, who just debuted two weeks ago are already nominated for winning number one on today's edition of Music Bank!"

"That's right, and another rookie girl group, 99 Line are nominated as well!" Sana beamed to the camera, which made all of her fans shriek in excitement.

"Let's see the results." Taeyong and Sana said together.

The two groups didn't bother to glance at each other. 99 Line's song did well, but the girls from Usibus knew that it wasn't as impacting as their debut. However they knew that there was a chance that some fans still has something against them for leaving the group.

The group's being in the same room brought up an odd tension. Sohye even felt weird standing next to them even though they were separated by Sana and Taeyong.

Usibus and 99 Line watched the small screen that showed the results without removing their eyes. Even thought it seemed like 99 Line were going to win without any competition of Usibus, the girls still kept their eyes on the monitor. For some reason, Yeri really wanted to win against 99 Line. Even thought she went through so much with the other girls, all she could ever think about was how they didn't stand up for her when the other girls did. She wanted to prove something to the other girls. She wanted to prove that it was wrong for them to stay in Jellyfish and totally abandon everything that they stood for.

But after all of the calculations were made, 99 Line were the ones with their pictures on the monitor. Usibus knew what to do and that was to smile brightly and clap as if they were the ones who one. Even though Yeri knew her smile was forged, she knew that it wouldn't be good if she looked angry about them winning. She knew that it would be used against her of anyone took notice. Yeri couldn't help but feel so much envy as Arin, Tzuyu, Yoojung and Doyeon hugged each other. Yoojung automatically crying and Doyeon hugging her tightly should've been Mina and Sohye. Arin automatically starting their acceptance speach should've been Sua. Tzuyu standing there shocked would've been Yeri and Koeun. 

As 99 Line's song played and the rest of the artists exited, Yeri laid eyes on Arin and simply bowed. Yeri bit the inside of her mouth to keep her from crying.

Right as the girls were preparing the exit their waiting room, they heard a knock on the door. Yeri, being the closest to the door but the most annoyed, walked to the door to open it. To her amazement, 99 Line was standing in front of her wearing bright smiles as well as holding their trophy. 

Yeri didn't budge from the door frame. Yoojung was the first to speak. "Can we come in?" 

Yeri wondered if it were compromising her morals if she allowed them in. However, from the corner of her eye, she noticed that there were some older groups walking by. She didn't want Usibus to get a bad name for simply not letting another group into her waiting room so she finally moved to the side and let the other girls inside. 

It startled the others when they took a second from their packing to see their past band members in their waiting room. Mina cursed under her breath and wondered if they were just going to come in and boast about their win. 

"What are you doing here?" Sua finally asked, not giving the girls much attention. She continued to pack her bag. 

Doyeon sighed. "We wanted to say hi." 

"Great, you said hi. Now you can leave." Mina said with a growing voice. 

"We don't have to be like this, you know." Arin said. "We went through a lot when we were stressed."

Koeun emerged from the corner. "No, it seemed like you four were fine while we were struggling to get a new company that actually supports us." 

"It doesn't seem like you can any trouble with that." Tzuyu glanced at Sohye.

"Hey, if you are going to diss our members, then you can leave." Mina said as she stepped in front of Sohye. Sohye put a hand on Mina to let her know that she was fine. 

Arin sighed in dissatisfaction. "This obviously didn't go as we wanted. Let's just go." 

The girls turned to leave. However, before they left, Arin stopped in front of Yeri who was still standing by the door. 

"By the way Yeri, we wanted to leave too. You just never gave us the chance." Arin said scratchily.
