No talking time!

I woke up and got ready for school. I hate Monday's. I put on a white Starbucks tank top, some jean shorts, my leather jacket and my black high top converse. I don't think I've ever made this clear but my leather jacket is special to me like really special I just can't say why yet.

Anyway I was going to wake up the guys who stayed the night, they actually stayed in the tent ha, but something stopped me, our house phone started ringing.

"Hello?" I answered wondering who it could be.

"Yes this is Gregory high we were calling to say that the school day has been canceled and there will also be no school tomorrow due to a gas leak. Thank you." And just like that he voice recorder thingy hung up.

"Yaaaaaaaaaayyyy!!" I shouted because I was so happy. I ran back upstairs and into my room. I kicked of my shoes and plopped down on my bed.

"Care to tell me why your yelling?" Nick asked as he walked in my room. He plopped down next to me.

"No school today and tomorrow!!" I said a big smile still on my face.

"Great! So how about we do this?..."

"What?"

"Why don't you invite over Angie, spend time with her today, then I get the guys to myself today. And somewhere around 9:00 why don't we all do something together?"

"Okay."

I got up from my bed and walked downstairs to grab my phone.

"Hey, what's with all the screaming?" Asked Alec as I walked into the kitchen, he was there eating cereal with Jax, Ty and Chase.

"Oh yeah we don't have school today or tomorrow how great is that?"

"Okay, well what are we gonna do today?"

"Why don't you ask Nick it was his idea."

After Nick explained how our day was gonna go I went upstairs and got my converse to put on again.

I was outside by the pool just singing a song, oh yeah I forgot to mention that I kind of have love singing I'm just not good. Anyways as I was outside I heard some footsteps come up behind me. I immediately stopped singing. The person sat next to me. I didn't want to turn my head because I was enjoying the fresh morning air.

"So you just gonna sit here or are you gonna actually go and do something?" I realized by their voice that it was Chase.

"No, I called Angie and Emma earlier and they said they were on their way."

"Oh well in that case can we talk?"

"Sure, about what?"

"Well about last night."

"Oh yeah, that was..."

"Awkward?"

"Well yeah but it was also kind of, and not to make this weird but it was, fun."

He turned his head and looked at me but I continued looking off into the distance. What can I say I was embarrassed.

"Okay we-"

He sound of the doorbell cut him off. Thank god, that was getting awkward.

"Well that's Angie and Em. I'm gonna go let them in." I said as I got up and walked towards the door.

When I got to the door Ty had beat me to it. But that's fine.
