Can you hear me?" I asked inside of the speaker.

He nodded his head yes.

I put my the headphones on and began strumming the guitar.

I closed my eyes and began singing

I opened my eyes to see him smiling, I also saw that he he was shocked, I hadn't told anyone I could sing because I thought I sucked. Oh no maybe that's why he's shocked. I left that thought behind and continued singing.

By the time I had already finished the song he was already in the sound booth with his arms wide open. I gladly took them.

"That was awesome. Why didn't you tell me you could sing?"

"Because I didn't think I could." I said pulling away.

"Well your amazing, anyways why did you want to show me that?"

"Can we go sit down?"

He nodded his head. We sat down and I looked him right in the eyes.

"Chase, you should know that I love you, right?"

"Of course I know that, I love you too."

"But Chase the thing is I don't love you any more than a friend." I said awkwardly.

He started to laugh, laugh!! What kind of cruel person does that?!

"Uhh...Chase are you ok?"

"Yeah, Kay, when I said I like you I meant it as that way, but I didn't expect you to like me back. I know you don't, I know who you like, I also know that I'm stuck in friend zone, but that's fine because I still get to have you as my best friend, and friends are better than any relationship, so if you don't like me the way I like you, I'm fine with that." He said still chuckling. Gosh he is so confusing. But he's right he knows everything about me, and it's better to have him as a friend if I don't like him that way.
