A/n: Heyyy people so like I said earlier in my story, I'm following and giving a shoutout to the first ten voters. Welllllll (drum roll please), this chapter is dedicated to ferfer99 thank you so much for voting, it truly means a lot to me, considering my story isn't that popular, but little things like that (even though you prolly did it on accident) make up for it. So anyways, the story must go on. Once again thank you for voting, enjoy. ❤️🖤

Recap- "Oh really? And what exactly do you see?" I crossed my arms over my chest glaring at him.

Now- "I can see that you're hurt, because if you weren't, you wouldn't want to talk to us all individually. And you obviously have something that you're not telling us-"
"You have no idea what you're talking about, I mean just the other day you said I didn't even know you, to think of it, you don't know me either. But I have a feeling that you didn't say that because you though it was true, you said it because you don't want me to know you. Maybe that's why we can never have a simple conversation, maybe that's why we always argue. So who's the one that's hiding something?" I questioned thinking over all the times I've hung out with him, yet I've never actually had the chance to talk to him.
"Whatever." He shook his head grabbing his jacket from the couch and waking past me, only so that I could block his way from leaving.
"What are you doing?" I kept my arms crossed over my chest narrowing my eyes as his glared at me.
"Leaving, do have a problem with it?" His voice sounded harsh as he tried pushing past me.
"Yes. I do actually. What's your problem, there's a reason you don't want to talk to me and you're not telling me. So just make this easy and tell me. That's all I want to know." I uncrossed my arms putting a hand on his shoulder as his back faced me. His muscles tensed at first then he had calmed down a bit. He slowly turned around facing me.
"My problem? My problem is you. For fucks sake Kayla, do you not realize how I get when I'm near you?! It's like my emotions change in an instant, I'm either happy or I'm angry around you. So I don't know what my problem is with you. But I just can't be around you right now! So please, can you just.... just give me some space!" He turned around storming out of the house and slamming the door shut behind him. I flinched at the sound, I didn't understand.
I stood looking at where Jax was just standing, trying to figure out what he meant by what he just said. Why would his emotions change around me?
I could hear the door open again meaning that Nick or someone was coming inside. It was Angie.
"What happened?" She questioned walking towards me.
"I'm...I'm not s-sure exactly." I said quietly almost in a whisper. She walked up to me and gave me a hug. It took a moment but I hugged her back.
My mind was still confused. It was like I knew what he meant but at the same time, I didn't want to. I don't want to jump to conclusions, especially if this is just about someone who walked out.
"Are you ok?" Angie asked pulling away.
I nodded still speechless. Then I decided to just ignore the topic of the jerk and think of something else.
