The doorbell rings.
"I'll get it." Ryan stands up from the couch, peeling the blankets off himself, "It's probably the pizza man."
I reach over to the coffee table to get my wallet.
"Here, I said I'd pay for pizza.""Nah, I'm gonna pay. It's the least you deserve because I was such a dick towards you." He leans downs and pecks my lips and heads out of the room to the door. I hear some muttering and a strong smell of hot pizza creeps into the room. OMFG....Foooooooooooooood. The door shuts and Ryan strolls back in to the room with the pizza box
"Do you want some plates." He asks.
"Fuck plates, I'm hungry." I say grabbing the box from his hands. He laughs and takes a seat next to me.
"What do you want to watch?" He asks, grabbing the remote.
"Oooooooooooooooh. Put on Pretty Little Liars. I am forcing you to watch the show. It is amazing." I say through a mouthful of pizza. Ryan groans.
"Whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy?????"
"Pleaseeeeeeee." I pout. He looks at me and sighs.
"Fineeeeeeee."
"Yeahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh"I squeal laying my head on his chest. He chuckles and wraps his arms around me, pulling the blankets over us. I snuggled into him, his arms around me were comforting and safe. Things were back to normal between us and it felt great.
I stand up as the fifth episode of Pretty Little Liars ends, "Do you want a drink?"
"Sure." I walk into the kitchen and open the fridge to pass him a bottle of beer.
"Thanks. You drink beer?"He opens the bottle, taking a gulp.
"Yeah, I have the occasional one. I am legally eighteen." Grabbing one myself, I make my way back onto the couch. I take a sip of the beer. Ryan sits down and pulls me onto his lap. I press play and episode 6 begins.
A thought pops into my head."This is a lot to ask but can you help me?"
"Of course with what?"Ryan asks eagerly.
"Help me overcome my fear."
"Yeah. I'll help you." Ryans grabs my hand intwining our fingers.
"I've tried treatment, other than medication I've never overcome it. My therapist said I would overcome it as soon as I wanted to. I guess I never wanted to overcome it. I always pushed away any help. But,I want to overcome this."
"And I'm going to help you do that." He lifts our hands and gently kisses mine.
"Can you do me a favour?" Ryan says all of a sudden.
"Huh?"
"Will you go out on a date with me?We've been dating for two weeks. I want to take you out to dinner. You know one of those cliche dates."
"I'd love to go with you to dinner." I say looking up at him and smiling. "When?"
"Well, I want it to be the best date because it is our first date soooo. How about after I help you get over your fear, I take you out. Then I can take you out wherever and we won't have to walk there."Ryan says, deep in thought.
"Kay, but I'm warning you now. I won't get over this fear in five minutes. Are you sure you can wait to take me out?" I saw burying my head into his chest.
"Of course I can wait. I'd wait a thousand years if it meant going on a date with you."
"You're soo cheesy. But I love you."Kissing him on the check I lay my head back on his chest.
