(Rachel's POV)

On Tuesday night after swimming, Justin and I debated the existence of Ninja Turtles.

On Wednesday night I expected the same discussion to continue and I sat on my bed patiently waiting for the familiar knock on my door.

At nine-fifteen I grew concerned, and at nine-thirty I became worried. Justin had promised me that he would bring the snacks. He had promised me a Hershey's chocolate bar with my name on it. Surely he wouldn't just forget about me or our new routine?

He was only across the hall. It wouldn't hurt to go and check on him; after all he came to my room unannounced all the time. I pulled a hoodie over my pajamas and checked that the coast was clear. When it was I darted to his door, my socks padding soundlessly on the floor.

"Rache?!!"

"Yes..."

"It's open!!!"

Confused I turned the knob.

"Really Justin? You still haven't learnt to lock your door?"

"Oh hardi-ha" he replied, "You're not here to steal from me are you?"

"No, I was wondering where you were..."

"Naw" he teased.

Justin was sitting on his bed, his guitar on his lap, and paper upon paper strewn all over the carpeted floor.

"I was coming over in a second. I just have to finish this stupid song..."

Being the tidy person that I was, I danced around the room collecting up the song sheets and bundling them into a neat pile.

"It's Wednesday and you're still writing?"

"I'm working with Taylor... I'm lucky that it's Wednesday and I'm still sane..."

"Is she really that bad?"

"Yesterday she told me that the reason we had no song because my head was disproportionate from the rest of my body..."

I clapped my mouth to stop myself from smiling.

"It's not is it? My head is normal right?"

"Yes" I said, "So normal"

"Good"

"What emotion did you guys get?"

"Greed" he replied, "Although Harry would tell you that our emotion was Morocco, and then Taylor would start screaming and say that Morocco is not an emotion it's a destination..."

"Seems like you guys get along well..."

"Oh yeah"

Justin handed me the book he was scribbling on, "Do you want to help me out?"

"Sure,"

"Just write down the strings while I play them. I'll call them out for you..."

"I know them," I shot back "I used to do this for Randy"

"I know" he said, "I used to do this for Will..."

We all did. Whenever William released an album he made sure that Justin, Randy and i received acknowledgment on the back cover. He insisted that we had helped him immensely even though we probably hadn't.

"So you haven't forgotten?" Justin asked.

"Nope..."

"Come here then," he patted the patch of mattress closest to him, "You ready?"
