Planning And Parties

The next morning I wake up and go in the fridge. I get myself something to eat. Halo comes out.
      "Why are you eating cake for breakfast?" She asks me.
      "Because it is 5 on someone's birthday somewhere." I say shoving some more into my mouth.
      "Good point."  She pack the back pack. I finish and get dressed. We get the kids and leave. We drop Zane off then go to Anna's and drop the other two off. We go to work and clock in.
We go to work and after work we get the kids. I take Emily to practice and Halo takes Andrew. We meet at home. She makes dinner and I clean.
*One Week Later*
Andrew's birthday is in 2 weeks and we have started planning. We are going to go to the trampoline place.
We have already made the reservation for it. It's Saturday and Zac and I are going to play pool. I get my sticks and he picks me up. We go to the bowling alley and get a pool table. We set it up.
      "Who is breaking?" He asks.
      "Ladies first." I say.
      "Asshole." He rolls his eyes.
      "Thank you." He breaks and gets two in the hole. He goes again and misses. I go and get three in the hole I go again and get one. I go once more but miss the ball.
      "So how is your end going?" He asks.
      "It's going good."
      "That's good."
      "I am still passing school so that is good."
      "Yeah, man this summer has just went and left."
      "I know we still have to go to the fair yet."
      "Yes we do."
      "Damn it of all the things to pot it had to be the cue ball." I say.
      "Ha!" Zac says.
      "Shut it pretty boy."
      "Well I am taking my shot." He shrugs his shoulders.
      "Good for you. So you having fun?"
      "Loads, I get to make bottles and change diapers. I get to stay up all night then chase a toddler all day. Life is just peachy."
      "Well then, are you guys having any more?"
      "I don't know. Blake is so young and we really wanted to wait until Zane was older to have her but that didn't happen. I think we are going to wait a while then decide. We are young yet."
      "Yeah, Halo and I have decided that there will be no hearing the words I am pregnant until I am at least 20 years of age and graduated."
      "Well how's that going?"
      "It's going good, why?"
      "Just wondering."
      "Yeah I know Halo is in her 20's so that's what she is looking for next. For me I'm looking for school and she understands that. Having a baby just isn't realistic right now. We have Emily, Andrew, work, school, the house, bills, and all that."
      "Yeah I understand that."
      "But when we do have any kids we are aiming for a birthday that isn't in June, July, or August."
      "Good riddance to that."
      "Yeah because this shit is for the birds."
      "I agree man." We finish our game and go home. Zac drops me off and Halo was in the kitchen I go up behind her and grab her waist.
      "How was pool?" She asks me.
      "It was fun. We talked I pissed him off."
      "Don't surprise me." I stick my tongue out at her. She laughs a little. She finishes dinner and I do the cleaning. She gets the kids in bed and we lay down and watch a movie. It was Saturday now so we don't have to worry about work.
The wedding is in three weeks. The girls have their dresses but Andrew and I need our tuxes. Zac has them ordered and we pick them up next week. I can't believe that he is getting married.
It is so unreal. We have to do everything on weekends pretty much because of the schedules all week. I can't wait until the wedding then his mom is taking the kids and they are going on a honeymoon. We are so excited for them.
It is coming fast. Halo and I go to bed. The next day we lay around the house and not do anything really. We get ready for work and that's about it.
*Friday*
We have about a week before Andrew's birthday and 2 before the wedding. Andrew is excited. He is bouncing off the walls.
      "I can't wait until he goes back to his cuddly quite self." I say.
      "You and me both." Halo says. We laugh a little and sit down.
*Andrew's Birthday*
I go into his room and look at him sleeping. I turn the light on. He looks at me.
      "I was sleeping." He says.
      "Awww someone isn't excited about their birthday." I say.
      "I am I just like sleep."
      "You and me both kid." He rolls over and buries his face in his pillow. He groans and I walk to his bed. I grab him and lift him up.
I put him on my waist. He lays his head on my shoulder. We go to the kitchen and I make breakfast. Halo comes out wearing a tank top, crop top that says queen, and jean shorts. Her hair was put to the side in a fishtail braid. Emily gets up and we all say happy birthday to him.
We eat breakfast and Halo gets Emily ready. I get Andrew ready and I get dressed. We leave the house and go to the store. We pick up some last minute things. We go to the trampoline place. They have everything. Pool, trampoline, basketball, bowling, bounce houses.
We have an all day pass meaning we can do anything we want to. We get to the place and get are wrist bands. We have to wear them so that we can get into things. We set up at a table. Pizza will be delivered to the place. We got plates, silverware, and napkins. Everybody is showing up. Andrew is excited now.
     "Jace can we go play?" Andrew asks me.
     "Knock yourself out kid." He runs away laughing he has ditched his shoes and so has Emily they jump around. Emily does flips and tricks and Andrew does back flips. Zac shows up and Zane comes running to me.
I pick him up and he laughs. Zac had Blake in his hand. She was in her car seat. I take Zane and we go jump together. Soon Anna shows up and the girls watch the kids. Zac and I go and jump on the trampolines being complete idiots.
We mess around and body slam each other. We jump up and collide we fall. I fall on his legs and we laugh. I get up and we do the same thing. He falls on me. We laugh.
      "Boys." Halo rolls her eyes.
      "No kidding I am going to laugh when one of them gets hurt." Chloe says.
      "Well depends on how they get hurt."
      "Yeah true."
      "You know in all the years I have known those two I have learned that they will always be kids at heart. They will be the old men in the nursing home hitting on the nurses and throwing tennis balls at each other from their walkers." Anna says.
      "Amen." Halo says.
      "Yes!"
      "Oh boy that reminds me." Halo says.
      "Oh boy." Chloe says.
      "Yeah I was trying to get Bowser to come to me so I could take her outside. Well she wouldn't come so I said I got food. Bowser, Jace, and Andrew came to the kitchen. Emily was standing next to me and said boys are so stupid. I responded with you said it girl and we left with the dog. I swear those two are going to be buried next to each other."
      "Oh my gosh that is hilarious." Chloe laughs.
      "Oh geesh." Anna says.
      "What are you guys laughing at?" I ask.
      "Your dumb ass." Anna says.
      "What did I do?"
      "One word, Bowser." Halo says.
      "Oh that."
      "Zac hasn't done that." Chloe says.
      "Yet and just wait Zane will help." Halo rolls her eyes once more.
      "Well if one kid turns out okay I hope it is Blake." Chloe says.
      "I'm sure they will both turn out okay and if they get a little bumped up along he way we can all take the blame."
     "Yeah true." Zac comes up with his hair in his face.
     "Woah dude do you have a mustache?" I ask.
     "Leave it alone."
     "Holy crap."
     "It took you this long to notice."
     "Dude it is so small." I say rubbing it.
     "My hair is black you asshole." He says glaring at me. The girls laugh at us.
      "I got one before you." He says.
     "Dude you are old as shit by the time I started puberty you were already a man."
     "So."
     "So you had an advantage on me."
     "Boys boys I think we can agree that no one really care about how much facial hair you can grow in a week you won't have it anymore." Anna says.
     "Well said mom." Halo says.
     "Darn right we will go home and you will shave."
     "Nu uh."
     "Yes hu." Zac gives up on her and we start arguing again.
      "Daddy." Zane says.
      "What?"
      "Hungry."
      "Yes boss." He picks him up and gets him pizza. He cuts it into strips and eats his crust. He puts Zane at the table to eat.
      "Here you go fine sir, enjoy your cuisine." Zane laughs and grabs a pice of his pizza. He sits down next to Zane and me.
      "Dude that kid has got you wrapped around his pinky finger." I say.
      "They all do."
      "Don't feel bad I feel the same way."
      "Hey I am going to get the kids food can you feed Blake?" Chloe asks him.
      "How? I don't got boobs." He says. Chloe shakes a bottle and hands it to Zac.
      "I don't breastfeed dumb ass." She gently smacks him in the head with the bottle.
      "Ohhhh shots fired." He puts the bottle in Blake's mouth and she starts eating. Halo hands me a plate of food. Soon we are all seated and eating lunch. When lunch is over Andrew opens his presents.
He is so excited. He got legos, clothes, video games, match box cars, action figures, a blanket, and a 3D ninja turtle puzzle. We put all his things in the car and light the cake. He blows out his candles and we all have cake.
We play and mess around until about 4. We pack up and head home. At least we don't have work tomorrow and then we have a week of work and next Saturday Zac and Chloe are getting married. It is coming fast. Halo is the maid of honor, Emily is the flower girl, Andrew is one of his best mans.
He didn't want to give them the rings. I am his best man and Blake will be in a carriage and she will give them the rings. Chloe's mom is also another maid of honor.
I'm so stoked that they are getting married and I know he feels the same about me and Halo. This week is going to go by fast and the wedding even faster.
