Let's Go to the Fair - Part 2

Jenny's POV

As we walked down the path to where most of the rides were, Niall pointed to one and started smiling like kid in a candy store. "I want to go on that ride! I remember those at fairs back home!" He exclaimed with that big cute smile of his. I turned to look at it and I've ridden one of these before. The ride is just a circle track with two sloping areas that goes forwards and backwards. I believe the place I went to it was called the "Tango Train". Songs were playing as the ride went on for the guests. "What are we waiting for? Let's go!" Niall cheered.

Since the couples got to pick the first ride, we followed Niall to his ride of his choice. We got in line as we watched the ride before us as riders having lots of fun going at a fast pace. Niall was getting really giddy looking forward to the ride while Liam and Harry were now the unamused ones. Callie seemed pretty amped too. "Can we ride on this one together, Niall? I want someone to blurt out the songs with and scream with the top of my lungs!" Callie asked him boldly.

"We can totes do that!" Niall said in his best American girly accent. Then the unexplainable happens as Niall and Callie share girly giggles and high five each other. "Best Friends Forever!" He said still maintaining that ridiculous but hilarious accent. Now all of us are laughing at him.

"Since when did you talk like that, Niall? Or should I call you Nellie?" Liam joked. Niall pushed him a little roughly and Liam keeps laughing at him. The music on the ride stops.

"That's all, folks! Have fun at the Black County fair! Don't forget to check out our local booths and our award-winning animals! Come again on the Tango Train!" The DJ of the ride shouted. The riders clapped as operators lead them off the ride. Niall is now bouncing in delight as we are about to get on.

Riders in front of us start filing into the ride and finally Harry and I approach the operator. "You two will be on cart 5." She instructed us. We nod and we head to cart 5.

"It says smaller persons first." Harry said cheekily motioning for me to enter in the cart first.

"Why, thank you, sir Harry." I teased. I enter the cart and Harry squished next to me on the edge. "Ready for the train ride? You better be singing and clapping and shouting." I told him. All he did was smile and wink at me. He didn't break eye contact and he keeps looking at me in silence with his gorgeous eyes. Whenever he did this, I felt like he was staring into the very depths of my soul. I could feel him searching me admiring what he sees since his eyes are lit up.

"Are we ready to ride the Tango Train?" The DJ asked now that the ride was full. We started to cheer super loudly while he told us safety stuff that I never really pay attention to as I'm still staring at Harry. The ride is turned on and we start moving forward.

"Here we go, better hold on tight, babe." Harry smiled with his dimples showing. I guess he's having fun now. The song that comes on is "Good Time" by Owl City and Carly Rae Jepsen which is extremely appropriate for the moment. We started singing along and we go up a slope and down a slope over and over again at fast pace.

As we're riding the ride, we're just singing on the lyrics and dancing like we would if we were in a car. Harry is fist pumping and doing hair flips with his fabulous sexy curly hair. I'm just raving and it's great fun. I loved being in this moment singing with Harry. "Whoa-oh-oh, oh-oh-oh, Whoa-oh-oh, It's always a good time!" We start hollering as soon the song reaches the chorus. By the chorus, we're now getting crazier with the moves, but the rides starts getting faster.

By now, we're screaming as we're accelerating instead of just singing, but we're laughing and Harry seems to genuinely enjoying this ride. It's not the most thrill-seeking ride, but I forgot how much fun this ride could be. As the song the wraps up, the ride all the sudden stops. What? How can it be over? "Are we done?" The riders booed. "Or do we want to try going backwards?" We start cheering our heads off. I'm pretty sure Niall is on one of these carts waving his arms like a maniac to convince the dude to keep going. "Let's go even faster and go backwards!" The DJ announced.
