Liam’s POV

I work on my homework from chemistry in the library.  I thought I was alone until I looked up and I see Sarah with her arms crossed giving a mean stare.  I jumped out of my seat when I see her. “Shit, what’d do that for?  Couldn’t you have said you were waiting for me?” I asked her.

“I couldn’t bring myself to say your name especially after Jenny and I figured out you were most likely listening to her and Harry’s phone sex,” Sarah accused.

“Whoa,” I interrupted, “You are right,” I squirmed externally at that, “but I was not imagining Jenny in my head when I was listening to her if that’s makes you feel any better,”

“You have some major explaining to do, so how about we go somewhere else?  Somewhere a little more private,” Sarah suggested.

“As long as you promise, your dad is not within 100 kilometers of where we are going,” I added.

“Deal,” Sarah agreed, “Let’s get out of here,”  Sarah was the first to get up since I had to pack up my school notebooks and homework, but as soon as I finished packing up, I followed her.  We walked outside and Sarah led me to the small neighborhood park outside of the main part of campus.  Sarah sat down under one of the trees and I sat next to her.  “I’m going to start off strong and ask why Harry even called Jenny for phone sex,”

“Well, I was missing you terribly.  I was in such a funk that I never felt right the entire time I was gone.  I just needed some sexual pleasure,” I admitted, “I was horny, I needed something of you.  If we weren’t broken up, I would’ve called you and we would have done it alone.  I knew though you wouldn’t anything to do with me after what happened before we left,”

“So Harry was calling Jenny purely for your sake?” Sarah clarified.

“Yeah, it was Louis’ idea, I wasn’t the one who proposed it,” I added in hoping it makes my case better.  Sarah just simply nodded her head not reacting too much to the comment.

“I wondered who proposed it,” Sarah trailed off, “I’m sorry about my dad’s text message by the way.  I was really mad at him for sending that to you.  He doesn’t handle breakups well even if I was the one to do it,”

“It’s ok.  I suspected him to do something like that.  Sure I wee-weed in my pants after that,” Sarah giggled, “But I can imagine he’s a very protective man,”

“Absolutely, just be glad he’s far enough away he won’t literally drive up to your front door and threaten to shoot you.  It was also wise that you weren’t in Nashville either because if you had tried to come to my house:  My dad literally would’ve told you to scram and then shoot his gun close enough to where he didn’t kill you, but still may have nicked your ear,” Sarah admitted.

“Well, I’m glad that didn’t happen then.  I surely would’ve won your dad’s utter disapproval,” I commented.

“Absolutely, you might have even made his incorrigible list,” Sarah realized.  I shot her look of shock, “I’m just teasing.  He’s not that hardcore.  He’s hardcore, but not that bad,”

“Oh good,” I breathed out, “I was worried,” I smiled at her and she smiled at back. “You know I think this is first time we have actually smiled at each other in a long time,”
