Ch.85 Sick

Momo POV

It's December 5th and it's freezing here in Korea. Snow has been falling and school has been canceled. Yesterday I went out to buy groceries for Mark and Me but I ended up catching a cold. I sniffed and cleared my burning throat.

I layed in bed as Mark walked in and gave me soup. He held a spoonful up to my mouth."You don't have to feed me, I'm not that weak." I try taking the spoon from him but he just dodges. "I insist though," He said looking kind of sympathetic. I sigh in agreement and let him feed me. He let's me drink some water in between every couple bites.

After a little whole I finally finish. He tucks me in bed and kisses my head. I smile as he tells me to rest for a little. I nod and close my eyes. He walks out with the tray and soon I fall asleep.

Time Skip (An hour later)

I quickly wake up with a horrible cough. My throat quickly turns soar more and more everytime I cough. Mark runs in patting my back with a spoon and cough syrup in his hand. He hands me the cup of water on my night stand and I quickly drink it."괜찮아?" "음," He pours the amount of cough syrup for my age on the spoon and tells me to open my mouth. I do as told and cringe at the horrible taste. It's bitter but has an artificial cherry after taste. I almost throw it up but I quick drink it. "Good girl." He rubs my head. I drink some more water hoping to get the disliked taste out of my mouth.

"Do you want to watch some TV?" He asks and I simply nod and thank him once he turns it on. I ask him to put on Miss Granny for me. The movie soon starts and he lays with me in my bed. Arms wrapped around my waist while my head rest on his broad chest and shoulders. I sneeze once again and he hands me a tissue on the counter next to the water.

I blow my nose and throw it in the can next to my bed. The rest of the day was boring and tiring for me. Having to deal with a cold and a stuffy nose hurts makes the day worse too. But Mark was there with me always giving me a tissue or some water.

So, this is just a filler for everyone. Instead of creating a chapter tomorrow I'm just going to go through some editing for the next couple days. Some people have problems understanding some things so I want to go back and fix any incorrections. Thanks for reading this boring chapter😍😔.
