Jack sat on the edge of the queen sized bed, staring at his boyfriend who was still fast asleep. He giggled at the raven haired man as he slept, his black hair dyed a cherry red. Jack held a plate of pancakes in his hand, looking at the clock on the bedside table and waiting for it to be 7:00 am. He sighed, setting the plate down on his crossed legs, brushing the green hair out of his eyes as he waited for the last couple of minutes to pass. Finally, 7:00 came and Jack shook his sleeping boyfriend awake.

"Mark..." he said softly, using both of his hands to rock the sleeping man back and forth.

Mark yawned, rolling over and looking at his boyfriend, brown eyed meeting blue. "What?" He asked tiredly.

"Pancakes." Jack stated, practically shoving the plate in Mark's face.

Mark took a deep breath, breathing in the wondrous smell of pancakes as he sat up, placing the plate in his lap.

"Hey," Jack scolded. "Sharing." Mark smiled, Jack moving closer so both of them could eat.

"How long have you been awake?" Mark questioned, taking a bite.

"Since 5." Came Jack's reply.

"And you haven't eaten yet?"

"Wasn't hungry." Jack shrugged. "Too excited."

"Santa came, didn't he muffin?" Mark asked, gently poking the green haired man in the side.

Jack flinched, but smiled. "Yup. Now let's eat so we can open presents."

Mark chuckled. "You really are a kid aren't you?"

"Shut up." Jack replied playfully. "I haven't even gotten a kiss yet."

"And I haven't gotten coffee yet." Mark shot back.

Jack's eyes widened slightly, the blue eyed man dropping his half-eaten pancake on the plate before hopping out of bed.

"Gross, Babe." Mark commented, Jack already to far away to hear.

"Here you go," Jack came back but a few seconds later, two mugs of coffee in hand. He gave one to Mark and set the other one down on the nightstand next to where he sat. "Oh, sorry." He giggled, picking up the pancake and continuing to eat it.

Mark just rolled his eyes, smiling and taking a drink from the mug. "It's ok, I still love you."

"Good. Now eat. Presents are waiting." Jack prodded.

They soon finished off the plate of pancakes, Jack grabbing it and the two empty mugs, before heading to the kitchen where he dumped them in the sink. Mark followed close behind him, grabbing Jack's hand as they went over to the tree. Jack plopped down on the floor, pulling out the presents from under the tree and setting them in front of him. Mark started a fire in the fireplace, before joining his boyfriend on the floor.

They had gotten back from visiting Jack's family last night, and were planning to go visit Marks family tomorrow, but today was a day for the two of them.

"You go first." Jack said, shoving the pile of presents closer to Mark.

Mark nodded and Jack smiled, the older going for the biggest first. He ripped open the paper and then the box revealing a crown, wait... two crowns. Mark smiled a goofy smile, trying to balance both the crowns on his head at a time.

"I figured since you're the king of Five Nights at Freddy's and all, that you should have a crown. The second one's for the whole king of the squirrels things." Jack explained.

Mark smiled. "I like it. You go now."

Jack grabbed the closest present and tore it open, pulling a statue out of the box. His eyes lit up as he looked over the statue of Trico, from the Last Guardian, in his hands.

"This is so cool!!" Jack exclaimed.

"I thought you'd like it."

"Where'd you get it?"

"Secrets." Mark smiled mysteriously, rubbing his hands together.

"Meanie." Jack teased. "It's cute though. I'm gonna put it on the shelf in my recording room."

"You're welcome." Mark said, moving to open another one of his gifts.

This one was smaller. A lot smaller. He opened the paper and box inside to reveal... a cupcake? Not a real cupcake, of course, but a fake one.

"What?" Mark asked, confused as he lifted the cupcake out of the box.

Jack snatched the cupcake from his boyfriend's grasp and placing it amongst his green hair. "Well, I figured because you like to call me muffin and all, I'd get you one. Not a real one, of course, but you know. But I saw this and thought it was perfect, because the icing was green like my hair." He gave a small smile. "Sorry if all my presents are kinda lame, I ran out of ideas."

"It's cute." Mark commented, snatching the cupcake off Jack's head and placing it on the floor. "Cheesy, but cute. I'll put it on my desk so every time I see it I'll think of you."

Jack smiled. "You like it?"

"Of course." Mark smiled, poking Jack in the side again. "Now open your last one."

The last box was long and thin, and once the wrapping paper was off, it said "fragile" on the box. Jack carefully opened the top, and dumped out the contents onto the floor. Out fell two wooden roses, one red and one green. Jack picked them up and delicately holding them in his hands.

"Wooden roses." Mark explained. "Because regular roses would wilt, but our relations will last forever."

"And you said mine was cheesy?" Jack practically scoffed, causing Mark to burst out laughing. "But it's cute. I really like it. I've never seen them before."

"Well I'm glad you liked it." Mark said, gathering all the ripped up paper off the floor. Jack stacked the boxes, shoving them off to the side as Mark headed to the kitchen, throwing away all the trash. Jack smiled, plucking a small branch off the windowsill and sneaking up behind Mark.

"Hey, Mark?"

"Yeah, Muffin?" Mark replied, turning around to face his boyfriend.

"Mistletoe." The green haired man smirked, holding the plant high above their heads.

Mark glanced up at it and smiled, wrapping an arm around Jack's waist, pulling him closer. "I believe I can hold it higher." Mark teased his boyfriend, taking the mistletoe from his grasp and holding it above their heads.

"I see how it is." Jack retorted playfully, starting to walk away.

Mark only pulled him closer, slamming their lips together. Jack smiled softly into the kiss, his arms wrapping themselves around his boyfriends neck. They pulled away, a small strand of saliva hanging between them.

"Merry Christmas, Muffin."

"Merry Christmas, Mark."
