"It's snowing! It's snowing!" Jack shook his sleeping boyfriend awake before bounding over to the window.

"Wha...?" Mark sat up, rubbing his eyes and searching the room for his boyfriend, before spotting Jack at the window. "It's snowing?" Mark sounded confused. "It's LA, it never snows here."

"Well, it is now, come see for yourself." Jack teased. Mark struggled out of bed, trudging over to the window, settling in next to his boyfriend.

"It appears you've brought the weather with you." Mark mused, commenting on the fact that Jack had come to visit for Christmas.

"Let's go play!!" Jack practically begged, looking pleadingly at his boyfriend.

"I don't know." Mark yawned. "I kinda just wanna go back to sleep."

Jack smirked, opening the window slightly and scooping a small handful of snow, chucking it at Marks face. Mark screeched in response, chasing his boyfriend down the hall as he giggled. He caught Jack at the front door, pinning him against said door and pressing a kiss to his lips. The pair pulled apart and they both laughed.

"Well, I guess we can go out and play in the snow." Mark finally relented. "But, I get to shower first when we get back in."

Jack shrugged. "Fine with me."

The pair bundled up, all the way from thick, fuzzy socks to brightly colored beanies and headed outside. Their adventure in the snow started with nothing less than a snow ball fight, before sizzling down into a building a snowman, and laying in the snow to make snow angels. It's was very calm and peaceful and Jack ate up every bit of it he could, before it got too cold. Eventually, the winter wind began to blow right through their jackets and their appendages and turned into ice, so the pair trudged back inside.

They were met with a blast of fresh, warm air and the couple immediately shed their thick, outer layers. Now that the door was shut and any harsh wind was prevented from coming inside, they could truly begin to thaw out.

"I'm off to the shower." Mark chattered, glancing over to his boyfriend, who was still struggling to get undressed.

"I'm stuck." Jack whined, and Mark noticed the zipper to his coat was caught near the bottom. Mark chuckled, but helped free his boyfriend, removing the coat and hanging it up off to the side. "Thank you." Jack said, fiddling with the ends of the scarf he had yet to take off. Mark smiled, grabbing the scarf and pulling Jack towards him, closing the gap between their lips.

Mark chuckled at Jack's wide eyes when they pulled away, and he couldn't quite tell if his boyfriends cheeks were flushed because of the cold, or if he was embarrassed. He chose to believe that latter. Either way, it was adorable. "Alright, I'm actually gonna go take a shower now." And with that, Mark dropped the scarf, heading down the hall and up the stairs.

Jack watched him go, bringing his sweater paws up to rub his cheeks, as if trying to erase his flustered appearance. He giggled to himself, and wandered over to the window, where he watched as the snow continue to fall.
