"You're thinking too deep, Trish." nagbalik ako sa realidad nung umuga ang sofa'ng inuupuan ko. Kumunot ang noo ko sa kay Sophia na nakangiti sa harapan ko.

Pinasawalang bahala ko ang puna niya. I closed my eyes as the flashback took place in my mind. It's like everything happened again in my memories. I look at my wrist and saw that it's already 7 pm.

"Nandiyan na ba asawa mo? I thought Tagaytay?" I asked. Sumilip siya sa relos niya. Seriously, kailangan ba talagang sunduin ni Cross si Nina sa airport? May driver naman sila?

"Nandito na daw yung plane. He'll fetch us here and saka tayo pupunta sa restaurant."

"Mommy, who's Nina? Why is dad fetching her?" kumandong kay Sophia ang isang 6 years old na batang lalaki. Hindi mo maitatangging anak siya ni Cross. Mula sa mata, ilong, labi, pilik mata at kahit na ba sa hugis ng mukha o itsura ng buhok, Cross na Cross ang dating. Kulay lang yata ni Sophia ang nakuha ng bata. Cross' a little bit dark but hot while Sophia's skin is fairly white.

"She's your daddy's little sister and my bestfriend." nakangiting sambit niya.

Sa loob ng anim na taon na buhay ng batang ito, he never had a chance to see Nina. Nung mag 21 years old kami ay lumipad na siya patungong Australia. Well, pag alis niya'y nalaman namin na buntis si Sophia at si Cross ang ama. I smiled at that thought. Who would have known na magkakatuluyan itong dalawang ito? They're boyfriend-girlfriend for 3 years so I think it's okay for them to get married. Bago pa man lumabas si Laurence ay nagpakasal na sila. They've been through a lot.

"Daddy!" napalingon ako sa aking likuran nung marinig ko si Laurence. There, I saw Cross and his sister, Nina at the back. I smirked. Oo nga, totoo nga, she's now an adult. Of course, we're 27 years old already!

"Nina!" Sophia and I hugged her as we saw her. She laughed.

"Long time no see!"

We went to a nearby restaurant to catch up. Marami kaming napagkwentuhan and namiss ko sila. Even though they are keys to my past, I can't throw them away. They're the reasons why I stood tall before.

Nakatulog na sa lap ni Cross si Laurence. I smiled.

"Sabi ko na nga ba sila ang end game." natatawang sabi ko kay Nina. We watched Sophia as she wiped the back of her sleeping child.

"I'm not surprised. Bata pa lang tayo ramdam ko na." saad ni Nina.

"Ikaw! I can't believe you're a composer already. Not just as composer but also a known director." nakangiti kong sabi sa kanya. She took some wine glass and sipped on it.

"Ikaw nga, may chain of hotels and resorts ka na ngayon. I really thought banking lang ang pagtutuunan mo ng pansin." I smirked at what she said.

"I still need to prove something. Hangga't hindi ako ang biggest stock holder ng Pharmateutical Company na 'yon, hindi ako titigil." malamig na utas ko. Nina look at me eye to eye. I saw pity. Hindi ko kailangan nun. I'm no one to be pitied anymore. Gone are those days where I let people look down on me.

"You still don't forgive Z-"

"Don't even try to mention his name Nina. How will I forgive him?" madilim ko nang tanong. I don't want to argue with her. Kararating lang niya. But if I have to I will.

"I also did something I need to ask for forgiveness, Trish. I'm just think-"

"Stop, Nina."

"No! Listen to me first Trish! You've changed a lot!" Sinamaan ko ng tingin si Nina. Nakipaglaban siya ng titig sakin. Napabuntong hininga ako at nagiwas ng tingin.
