Yuri Katsuki

"Yuriii!!" I awake to a large heart shaped smile and violent shaking.

"What?" I cut my eyes at Victor. I am way too tired to be woken up like this.

"We have to go to Hasetsu castle! You need to be perfect for the quarter final!" He doesn't even wait for me to shift, he wraps an arm around my waist and throws me over his shoulder.

"Put me down!" I trash around but his grip on me doesn't change. I'm stuck.

And I'm naked?

Ohh last night... of course. Victor and I had sex.

So it wasn't a dream.

I put my hand on the place that Victor bit me and I feel the scabs. It definetely happened.

I'd never say this out loud but it was great. I wouldn't have wanted to loose my virginity in any other way. There's nothing better than becoming one with the person you love, both of you drowning together in ecstacy.

When Victor reaches my wardrobe and lowers me to the floor I wince in pain. Yes we certanly had sex.

"Oh sorry. I should have gone easier on you" Victor grins sheepishly and shows me his signature wink. At a time like this I'm supposed to scowl at him but I can't help but laugh until my eyes are teary. I drape my arms around Victor and push my face into the curve of his neck with a giggle;

"I missed you Victor" I'm so happy to have him back to normal... I can't describe it. He's finally Victor Nikiforov again; the happy, charismatic, enthiusastic and flirtatious man we all know and love.

The man I know and love.

"I missed me too Yuri"

"Hey Yuri! I'll race you to the castle!" I bounce enthusiastically. Now that I have my energy back I want to exploit it. I was stupid to hold out for so long. I can't describe how good it feels to be me again.

"But you'll beat me" he pouts cutely as he tightens his scarf to protect him from the cold air.

"Then we'll run together!" I grab his hand and set off at an avarage speed as to not kill him.

"Couldn't you slow down Victor?" He shouts as I wave at the fisherman on the bridge. I admire his perseverance. Let's hope he catches some tasty fish.

"In not even running fast!" When I turn to Yuri he's smiling regardless of the fact that he's out of breath. He's so much happier now that I'm me again. I was stupid to make him go through so much suffering just because I wanted to protect him. In the end I was the one he needed protecting from. I vowed to myself and his mother that I'd be the one to protect him. From now on I will. No more exceptions or excuses.

We had dark days but the sun is in the sky once again. And I don't plan on letting it set.
