Nine

"Ok you guys," I said, standing in the middle of the stage and panting slightly, "let's get serious for a minute, I have recently gotten into a relationship," I said and the crowd started cheering. "Ok guys, guys!" I said and they quieted down. "And as musicians do, I've written a song for him," at that the crowd cheered again, "would you like be the first to hear that song?" I shouted and they cheered louder. "Are you sure because it doesn't sound like it?" I teased before turning and nodding to the band.

"A big thank you to this guy," I said, holding up Nate's hand and the crowd cheered. Nate turned to me and tilted my chin up before kissing me lovingly. I put my hand on his neck and kissed him again before stepping back and smiling at him.
He waved before jogging offstage.
I watched him walk offstage before turning back to the crowd and starting to sing.

"You were great," Nate said as I ran backstage and I smiled, wrapping my arms around his neck and kissing him.
"You were better," I said after the kiss and he chuckled, shaking his head.
"Never," he whispered before kissing me again, putting his hands on my lower back and pressing me against him.
I ran my fingers into his hair and kissed him again. He pulled away, gently biting my lip, and he looked me up and down and smiled.
"You're beautiful," he said and I smiled and stepped back, biting my lip and looking him up and down.
"You're pretty fine yourself," I said and he nodded, rubbing the back of his neck.
"I'm aight," he said and I scoffed, turning to the mirror behind me and pulling the ponytail at the end of the my braid out.
He stepped over to me and ran his fingers through my hair, undoing whatever was left of the braid I had in my hair before the show.
I smiled and turned to him, sliding my hands up his arms and resting them on either side of his neck.
"I'm so glad you decided to give this a chance," he said and I smiled, kissing him quickly before stepping back and hopping up on the makeup counter. He smirked, walking forward and placing his hands on my hips. I wrapped my legs around his waist, pulling him closer, and kissed him gently. He sighed into the kiss before pulling away and kissing my neck gently.
"Oh get a room!" Jen exclaimed, walking in and seeing us. I laughed and Nate straightened up, obviously embarrassed. He tried to step back but I grabbed his hoodie and pulled him in for one last kiss before letting him go.
I hopped off the counter and turned to fix my makeup, seeing Nate and Jen talking over in the corner.

Nate's POV
"So, going good with you and Kels?" Jen asked and I nodded, looking over at Kelsey. She was fixing her makeup not that she needed any.
"I told her I wont have sex though, I can't really tell how she's dealing with that," I found myself saying and Jen nodded.
"I doubt she'll have a problem with it," she said and I looked at her, surprised.
"What do mean?" I asked and she laughed.
"She didn't tell you?" Jen asked and I shook my head.
"Tell me what?" I asked and she shrugged.
"I probably shouldn't be telling you this then, buuut because I'm such a good friend I will. Kels has never had sex," Jen said and I stopped and looked at her.
"She what?" I asked and Jen nodded, hopping up on the counter that she was leaning on.
"She's never actually been in a relationship, they scare her too much," she said and I looked over at Kelsey. She was talking to that guy Mike, laughing at something he said.
"She's never had sex?" I asked and Jen nodded.
"Consensual sex yea no, not once," she said and I looked back at her.
"Consensual sex? You mean she's been raped?" I asked and Jen shook her head, popping a chocolate in her mouth.
"That is not what I said," she said, sliding off the counter and walking away.
I looked over at Kelsey and she glanced at me and smiled before going back to her conversation.
"Kelsey?" I asked walking over to her. She looked up at me and smiled,
"Yes?" She asked and I sighed, putting my arm around her shoulders.
"Wanna grab something to eat?" I asked and she nodded.
"Sure," she said grabbing her jacket. "We'll finish this later?" She asked Mike and he nodded, folding up the paper they were looking at.

After dinner we slowly made our way back to my bus where we watched Avengers until Kelsey fell asleep, which was about half way through the movie. 
I paused the movie and looked at her for a second. She was so beautiful. After I'd memorized every detail of her face I picked her up and gently carried her to one of the bunks that wasn't being used. I put her down and pulled the blanket that was there over her, kissing her forehead before walking back to the living room and watching the rest of the movie.
