"Morning beautiful," Nate said, waking me up, and I smiled and ran my hand through my bangs, brushing them off my forehead.
"Good morning," I replied and he kissed my forehead.
"It is," he said into my forehead and I kissed his neck.
"Can we just stay here?" I asked and he sighed, pulling me like a doll into his arms.
"I'd love to," he said and I smiled, opening my eyes and looking up at him.
"But?" I asked and he nodded.
"But I've got a meeting and need to finish mixing the single I'm working on if I want to release it tomorrow," he said and I nodded, reaching up and kissing him.
"What do you want for breakfast?" He asked, one of his hands on my cheek the other on my hand, our fingers interlaced.
"Honestly?" I asked and he nodded slightly, "I just want a smoothie," I said and he nodded.
"What kind?"
"Blueberry and kale."
"I'll grab it for you right now," he said as he pushed me off his lap and got up. I whistled as he tugged on some jeans and a hoodie.
He smiled at me before leaning down at kissing me quickly.
"I'll be right back," he said and I nodded as he grabbed his Tims and jacket.
When he was gone I slept for another half hour before getting up and showering.
"I got a lot to say to you
Yeah, I got a lot to say
I noticed your eyes are always glued to me
Keeping them here
And it makes no sense at all
They taped over your mouth
Scribbled out the truth with their lies
You little spies
They taped over your mouth
Scribbled out the truth with their lies
You little spies
Nothing compares to a quiet evening alone
Just the one-two of us, who's counting on
That never happens
I guess I'm dreaming again
Let's be more than this."
"Sounds like a good song," Nate said and I jumped, turning around.
"I'm not coming in, I just wanted to let you know I was back," he said and I nodded.
"K thanks!" I called and he chuckled as I heard him turn on the water and started shaving.
"Please continue, it was beautiful," he said and I rinsed the shampoo out of my hair.
"She lives in a fairy tale
Somewhere too far for us to find
Forgotten the taste and smell
Of a world that she's left behind
It's all about the exposure the lens I told her
The angles were all wrong now
She's ripping wings off of butterflies
Keep your feet on the ground
When your head's in the clouds
Well go get your shovel
And we'll dig a deep hole
To bury the castle, bury the castle
Go get your shovel
And we'll dig a deep hole
To bury the castle, bury the castle." I finished as I turned off the shower.
"So how do you want this to work?" I asked and he chuckled.
"I'll get out," he said and I heard the door close. I pulled back the curtain and wrapped myself up in the towel.
I opened the door and sighed as he turned around.
"Continue," I said and he smiled, kissing my cheek as he walked back into the bathroom and finished shaving.
I got dressed in the jeans and blue tee shirt I brought for today and pulled on my combat boots before heading back into the bathroom and blow drying my hair.

"Well that took forever and a half," Nate said when I finally turned my hair dryer off and I laughed.
"Yes well, that's the price you pay for this beautiful straight hair," I said and he nodded, washing the excess shaving cream off his face.
"Well it's definitely a price," he said after he dried his face and I punched him in the shoulder. He laughed and grabbed my wrist as I tried to walk away.
"You ok?" He asked and I nodded, kissing him quickly before tugging my wrist free of his grip and walking away.

After a walk to the studio I sat in the back of the booth as Nate worked.
"What'd you think?" He asked after he played me the finished product.
"I love it, one of your best I'd say," I said and he smiled.
"Thanks," he said and I got up, crossed the room, and kissed his cheek.
"How was the smoothie?" He asked and I shrugged.
"It was good," I said and he smiled. He grabbed my waist and I screamed a little as he pulled me down onto his lap.
He kissed my neck and I smiled moaned quietly as he made his way to my jaw.
"I love you Kelsey," he whispered as he kissed a path from my jaw to my lips. I moaned again and he smirked before kissing me roughly.
I ran my fingers into his hair and kissed him again, moving my leg so I was straddling him.
I pulled away and he looked thoughtfully at my hair as he ran his fingers through it.
"Love you too," I said and he smiled, kissing me gently.
"Let's get some lunch," he whispered and I nodded, sitting back and leaning against the counter.
"Where'd you wanna go?" I asked and he shrugged, playing with my v-neck.
"Subs?" He asked and I nodded, kissing him again.
I got up and grabbed my jacket and he interlaced our fingers before leading me out of the building, saying bye to the person at the desk.

After lunch we went back to the studio where a couple guys were waiting for Nate.
"Kels, can you wait out here?" He asked and I nodded, kissing him on the cheek before walking away.

About an hour later Nate followed the guys out into the hall talking,
"It's a good track, Nate but every one needs a brake every now and then," one of the guys said and he nodded, glancing at me.
"I hear ya," he said and I smiled.
"She's a pretty one, don't loose this one eh?" The other guy said and Nate nodded again.
"I don't plan on it," he said and the guys chuckled.
"So we'll work it so that this can be released on Monday," the first guy said, holding up his phone.
"Thanks guys," Nate said and they nodded and walked away.
"You couldn't loose me even if you tried," I said as I walked over and he smiled at me.
"Really?" He asked and I shrugged.
"I don't know, it just seemed like that's what I was supposed to say," I said and he nodded, chuckling.
"Well I suppose I shouldn't find out," he whispered as he leaned down to kiss me.
"Please don't," I breathed just before his lips touched mine.
