“Red on the run, Rus” – Arron

Yvonne turn her gaze on Rus, and the same as Arron, who both have a serious jaw-clenching faces.

“Plane on four hundred. You still have time”, Arron added; that made Yvonne more clueless to whatever they are talking about, “What the hell are you talking about? What is going on, Rus?” she asked.

“Nothing baby”, Rus said as he pushed a loose strand of hair behind Yvonne’s ear, “It is just some bastards that are planning to attack our headquarters on Phi... and I am flying tomorrow to stop them before they could move an inch” he added.

“What?! Then why do you need to personally do there if it was just some bastards? Even Arron can kill them alone... then why you?” she asked suspiciously with a wrinkled brows.

“Oh, come on... You know that Arron have a ton of meetings with the council since we became Dad’s guardian... We both know that he is the only person from the three of us who can withstand those wrinkled guys who talks non-stop” Rus said.

“Can I come with you?” Yvonne immediately asked, ignoring his long explanation.

“Wha – No!” he exclaimed.

“Then why? Bakit pakiramdam ko may itinatago kayong dalawa sa’kin?”

“W-Wala Wifey... Please... Just this case and by next time... I promise that I’ll let you go with me” pangungumbinsi ni Russel, “I just don’t want to stress you out the day after your birthday, my queen” dagdag pa nito in a sweet and calming voice.

Napahugot muna ng isang malalim na buntong-hininga si Yvonne bago muling hinarap ang kanyang asawa, “Okay, Hubby...” and Rus’ face brightened up, “Just... Just promise me to stay safe, okay?” she asked.

Rus gave her a wide smile and peck on her lips before answering, “Of course, my queen... And I promise pagbalik ko... Diretso tayo sa paggawa ng ating mga little princes at princesses” whispering the last line.

Yvonne blushed, “Kyaaah! Bad, Hubby! Pervert, Hubby!” sigaw niya habang kinukurot si Rus ng sunud-sunod sa kanyang tagiliran.

“Hahaha! Only for you, Wifey... Only for you. Haha!” Rus laughingly said.

“Hoy – hoy! Mamaya na kayo maglambingan diyan at gutom na’ko!” paningit ng papansing si Arron, “Birthday na birthday, walang handa? Nasan ang hustisya? Gutom na’ko couz!” dagdag na reklamo na nagpailing kay Rus.

“Patay gutom” sabay na sambit ni Rus at Yvonne bago magkahawak-kamay na tumungo sa kusina.

“Are you sure about this, Rus?” nag-aalalang tanong ni Arron sa nagmamadaling mag-impake na si Russel, “Bakit ba kasi ayaw mo ko pasamahin? Baka mabugbog pa ako ng isang iyun ‘pag hindi ka umuwi ng maaga”, lunok-laway na dagdag pa nito.
