Lahat ay naka-abang sa sasabihin ng doktor, pero nang magsimula itong ibalita ang lagay ni Yvonne... tanging salitang 'coma' lang ang rumehistro sa kani-kanilang mga tenga. Gulat na napatayo ang pinsan nitong si Arron, samantalang nanlambot ang mga tuhod ni Jane at napatungkod sa katabi nitong upuan.

"B-but she's safe, right? She'll wake up and... and-", Rain anxiously muttered.

"Luckily, the shaft that pierced her from back to her front missed some major organs that can be easily the cause of her death if damaged. Although her case drop to a flesh wound, the loss of a lot of blood made her body went into a shock, which is called the Hemorrhagic Shock..."

Everyone was speechless as the doctor continues, "... it occurs when the patient's body reached a high level of shock that prevent her cells from getting enough oxygen, this causes her organs begin to fail and turn the patient into coma... waiting for her body to heal on its own in due time"

"In due time?" kunot-noong tanong ni Arron.

"Yes. It can be weeks, months or even years as we all wait for her to wake up... it's up to her and in God's hands..." the doctor replied.

"So... so..." humihikbing sambit ni Jane bago tuluyang bumigay ang kaniyang tuhod at mapaluhod sa sahig habang umiiyak, "So R-Rose might not wake... at all?"

Halos sabay-sabay napalingon ang lahat sa gawi ng doktor, iniintay ang isasagot nito. Sinalubong sila ng naawang tango ng doktor at sinabing, "Yes, she might not wake up at all... it depends on her now", lahat ay nanlumo sa narinig at napahagulgol na si Jane at Daphney sa isang tabi, "If you may excuse me, Miss Johannson will be transferred to ICU room three-"

"Can we-" -Rain

"-and only relatives are allowed to enter, for now. It is a strict policy that we need to filter her visitors from the time being before we allow and transfer her into her private suite. We still need to strictly monitor her and make some couple of tests for her body's initial recovery from the surgery" the doctor added.

Nagkatinginan muna ang lahat, bago dumako sa gawi ni Arron. Kunot-noo at tiim-bagang itong pasukong tumango bago magpaalam ang doktor, "I'll go ahead", sambit nito.

"Thanks, Doctor Martin", pasasalamat ni Arron sa doktor.

Ngumisi naman ang doktor bago tapikin sa kanang balikat si Arron at sinabing, "Don't worry, Ron. M's a strong woman... she will get through this", bago umalis.

"Kilala nyo?" nagtatakang tanong ni Dwight.

"He's a family friend, and owns this hospital" sagot ni Arron, "Ako na ang bahala kay Yvonne, babalitaan ko nalang kayo. BLG, RPG-bantayan niyong mabuti ang hampas-lupang iyon... pasisilipin ko pa ang gagong iyon sa impyernong kalulugaran niya..." sambit nito sa mangilan-ngilang myembro ng dalawang grupong naroon, bago samaan ng tingin ang tatlong ka-gang ni Yvonne, "You may leave us, specially Yvonne, alone. Wala na kayong karapatang manghimasok o miski makisimpatya sa lagay ni Yvonne dahil simula't sapul... hindi ito mangyayari kung may tiwala kayo sa kanya. Itinuring niya kayong kaibigan, and yet, you doubted her honesty... you doubted your friendship with her from the start as she reveals the truth..."
