A month after Serena was taken, the son I had predicted that I was carrying, was born. Gabriel Mason Stabler. He looked so much like Elliot, and even had gotten his darker blonde hair. He was such a calm baby, and fit in perfectly.

"The crew is here." Elliot chuckled as he came into our bedroom, where I was holding Gabe as he slept.

"I'll be out in a few minutes. Did you hear anything about Amanda? Is she still in the hospital?" I questioned and he nodded.

"Jesse will probably be here soon. Early though."Elliot replied and I nodded slowly.

"Lets just pray they both are okay."

---

After a few minutes I walked out with Gabe in my arms, and Fin stood up, eager to meet the newest addition.

"Finally had a boy, eh?" Fin teased, as I placed Gabe in my arms.

"Yes, but I knew it. This is Gabriel Mason." I smiled, and Fin walked over and sat down with him, his demeanor changing like it always did around the kids.

"You don't plan on sharing him, do you?" Munch asked, as he stood and looked.

"Never, old man. Go find Serena, spoil her." Fin laughed.

Once everyone had gotten a chance to hold Gabe, they left and we went back to being silent. I checked on Serena and Gabe every few minutes, while Elliot and I got some cleaning done before the older two got home.

Later that night, we got a call.

"Benson." I yawned.

"Liv, it's Nick. Do you think you could come to the hospital?" He questioned, and I woke up right away.

"What's wrong?" I breathed.

"She's freaking out. Jesse was born an hour ago, and she's worried and crying. I can't calm her down."

"I'll be there soon. Just try your best till I get there." I sighed.

"What's wrong?" Elliot asked when he heard me get up and start to get dressed.

"Amanda needs me. I'm taking Gabe, since I have to feed him soon." I replied, and Elliot got up and went to get stuff around for our son. I went into the living room and Elliot had the carried and diaper bag.

"I'll walk you down."

---

I arrived at the hospital, and a nurse led me to Amanda's room. She was crying, and Nick was rubbing her back, but it wasn't working. I walked in and sat Gabe's carrier down, and Nick moved, allowing me to move into his spot.

"I heard your a mother now." I smiled, and she nodded tearfully.

"She's sick, Liv." She whimpered, and I wiped a tear from her cheek.

"She's a fighter like her Mommy. She'll be out of here before you know it." I smiled. She looked down at the carrier.

"Can I meet him?" She breathed, and I smiled.

"Of course."

She calmed down after a few minutes, and holding Gabe got her mind off of Jesse for a few minutes. When a doctor came in, I took Gabe back and went to the far wall and swayed as I held him.

"Amanda, we are hoping that you might feel up to come down and see your daughter?" The doctor asked, and Amanda nodded quickly.

"Yes. Please." She spoke, and he nodded.

Amanda left and Nick and I stayed in her room.

"How does it feel having a son?" Nick asked, and I smiled.

"Weird since I've only had girls." I chuckled and he nodded.

"I know that Jesse isn't mine biologically, but I already love her so much. I can't lose her." he spoke, breaking down. I sat Gabe down and then walked over and held him as he cried.

"Nick, like I told Amanda, Jesse is going to live. I haven't met her, but I know that she has so much strength, and is going to win this battle." I breathed, and he looked at me.

"How can you be so strong, when so much bad stuff has happened to you?" He asked.

"I've always been good in bad situations. But from those situations, I've gotten four amazing kids, one when I found him in a bad situation, and he's a fighter, just like your daughter." I replied, and he nodded slowly.

"I think I could use some Gabe time." He mumbled, and I chuckled and nodded.

"Take all the time you need."

---

Amanda asked for me to come down and meet her daughter, and I did just that. Jesse was small, but she was doing good. Or better than had been expect of her. I had my hand on Amanda's shoulder, and squeezed it gently.

"She's beautiful." I smiled, and she looked up at me proudly.

"I can't believe Declan and I could create something so beautiful." She breathed, and I smiled.

"At least she isn't a ginger." I teased, and she chuckled.

"God, that would have been horrible." She joked back.

"Amanda, I'm gonna stick around till your sure that you are good. But I have to go back to the room and feed Gabe, or else he is going to screaming at the top of his little lungs." I replied, and she nodded.

"Thanks Liv. I don't think I'll ever be able to thank you enough." She breathed. I smiled and kissed the top of her head.

"Love ya, Amanda." I spoke.

"I love you too, Liv. Nice to have a sister who isn't a drug addict."

---

"How is she doing?" Elliot asked as I came home the next morning.

"Good. Both of them are. Can you take Gabe so I can shower?" I asked, and Elliot nodded. He took our son and followed me to our bedroom.

"Jesse is fine?" He questioned.

"Yes. She's small, but she's gonna make it."I replied, and he let out a sigh of relief.

"Alright, little guy needs a diaper change. I'm making coffee for your breakfast." he laughed and I rolled my eyes.

I showered and got dressed, before heading out and getting the kids up. I got Serena up last and got her changed, before letting her play before breakfast. I then went out and made actual breakfast.

"I hope y'all like burnt pancakes." I laughed, as I sat some partially burned pancakes on the plates in front of the kids.

"I love your pancakes, Momma." Serena said sweetly. I kissed her still blonde hair and then sat down and started to eat.

"Thanks princess. Now, when you get home, Maureen is going to be here, because I have to go back to the hospital." I spoke, and their eyes went wide.

"Why the hospital?" Emily asked.

"Aunt Amanda had Jesse. I'm gonna hang up there and make sure they have what they need." I replied, and before I could stop Serena, she had ran from the room and came back and shoved her favorite unicorn into my lap.

"Give this to Jesse. I want her to know I'm her favorite cousin!" Serena exclaimed, and I laughed.

"I'll do that. Thanks Rena."
