It had been a few weeks since Lauren had the studio session with Rexa and to say she had gotten jealous when Rexa made a comment about Camila being hot would be an understatement she had actually gotten more then jealous. but there was one thing that Rexa did make her think about. the song. Rexa had told her that who ever she wrote that song for was one lucky person because she had basically confessed her love for that person in that one song. And she was right Lauren had basically confessed her love for Camila in that song but no one knew that and she honestly didn't want anyone to know about that well not yet of course especially when she had not talked to Alex yet about what she got in that email.

Lately though she has been a bit easier with Camila when it came to seeing Karla and spending time with her. In all honesty she was a bit glad she had over heard Camila that night because seeing her with Karla just made her realize that Camila meant every word she said. the younger Latina had even gotten her boss to transfer her to the Miami office of her job and even got all her moving expenses taken care of by her boss. From what her brother told her, Camila was even living in one of those huge houses where all the celebrities live with the water view and the boats which meant that Camila was getting paid a shit ton of money something that Lauren was also getting but didn't really show off since she was happy with the apartment she has but from the stories Karla tells her Camila has a huge pool there too and Sofi and her dad are even living there with her which made Lauren smile because Alejandro and Sofi have been living in a pretty bad area in Miami since he divorced Sinu.

"Mami look what Camila got me" Karla says running into the apartment followed by Camila who was holding a bike on one hand and the new Wii on the other

"I see um Karla why don't you go clean up dinner is almost ready while I talk to Camila really quickly" Lauren states then glares at Camila while their daughter runs off to the bathroom to clean up like her mom asked her

"I can explain" Camila starts but Lauren hold her hand up to shut her up

"you take her out all day then come back here with a bike in one hand and a brand new wii on the other are you trying to make me look like the bad mom here?" Lauren asks walking closer to Camila so that Karla doesn't hear them

"What no of course not the bike is hers yes but the wii is actually mine I just didn't want to leave it in my car so that no one would be temped to steal it" Camila states in a worried tone

"So the wii is not for Karla then?" Lauren questions

"Well it is but it's staying in my house for when she visits in the weekends I know that she's starting school soon and I don't want her distracted by video games like your brother was while we were growing up which caused him to fail almost all his classes" Camila replies

"SO you admit you bought it for her then" Lauren says with a smirk

"Ugh how much trouble am I in now for buying it?" Camila asks knowing that Lauren hated when she bought expensive shit for their daughter

"as long as that thing stays at your house none and as for the bike thank you I've been planning on getting her one for months but with all the work I've had I haven't had the time to go and buy one for her how much was it?" Lauren asks

"Oh it wasn't expensive " Camila says casually

"Give me the receipt Camila" Lauren says not believing her one bit

"ugh can you believe it I forgot it in the car dang" Camila states

"it's in your back pocket isn't it " Lauren responds already knowing when Camila was lying

"yes it is here " Camila replies taking out the receipt and giving it to the older Latina

"300 for a fucking bike are you kidding me Camila you could have gotten her a bike for 50 at Walmart what the fuck?" Lauren says flipping out
