I came back to the hospital early in the morning with dad to fetch him up. The doctor said he can be DISPOSED from the hospital already.

"It's a beautiful morning honey. Why not smile?" Dad asked me when we entered the elevator.

"Your son is a stressor dad."

"Hmm... you know Rian... he was always our stress reliever as a son. He connects each and everyone of my children. He was always the referee and the lawyer of his siblings."

I stared at his reflection on the elevator door and smiled. "Hindi po halata. I thought it was Ethan."

"Hmm. Aiden's just playful. But he always kept our home peaceful." He smiled down at me. "And he is that jealous." He laughed.

"How dad?"

The elevator opened and we both stepped out.

"He had so many women before but he never wanted them with any other men while they're with him. Even though she's just a fuck girl."

My eyes grew bigger and dad just laughed at my expression.

"I hope you excused me for my words honey. Here we go."

He stopped and I did the same... faced his hospital room.

He opened the door for me. "Go on honey. I'll be fixing some papers."

I nodded at him. "Thanks dad."

"You are welcome hone."

I stepped inside his room and banged it close.

He flinched in shock and darted his eyes on me. "What- babe..."

"Oh... matino kana?!"

I rolled my eyes at him and sat on the single sofa.

"Babe... Come here." He sweetly said.

"May paa ka di ba?" I sarcastically asked him.

"Babe naman... nandito pa 'ko sa hospital eh." He pouted.

"Bakit kapag nandito ka ba sa hospital baldado ka?"

"Babe... confined kaya ako."

"Discharged kana gago."

He scratched his nape and stood from the bed. "Babe I'm sorry." He knelt in front of me and kissed my thigh.

I wanted to smile but I held it back.

"Hmm... sabihin mo muna kung ano'ng nangyari kahapon dito noong binisita ka ni Ethan."

I'm really curious about Ethan and that girl... Elaine.

He stood up and pulled the chair near me and sat down on it in front of me.

"Why do you want to know? Why not just ask for kiss from me instead of gossips?" He seriously said.

I almost slapped him with my sandal but I still pity him for being injured.

"Nakakarami kana Aiden mapapatay na kita."

He sighed and scooped nearer. "Okay okay. Well... nothing. He just talked to me about the issue of the shipping company we are investing in."

"It's not what I want to know." I irritatingly said and slapped his uninjured arm.

"Ouch."

"Umayos ka nga!" I snapped.

"Eh hindi ko naman kasi alam kung ano'ng gusto mong malaman."

"Tsk... yung kay Elaine at Ethan." I almost shouted and kicked his leg.

"Babe bakit ang brutal mo?! Ganyan ba talaga kapag buntis?"

"Ewan ko!" I shouted at him. "Kasalanan mo binuntis mo 'ko ang pangit mo!" I stood up and turned back.

Nakakainis yung lalakeng 'yon! Bwisit! Sana kasi mga lalaki nalang ang nanganganak. At kada anak nila, puputulan ang ari nila!

"Okay okay." He said from behind and I felt his hand on my arm. "I'm sorry. Sasabihin ko na."

I faced him and let him pull me to the bed and made me sit.

"Ethan went back to the Philippines two weeks ago and he knew that Elaine is having a financial problem because the company she was working kicked her out." He sighed and sat down on a chair in front of me. "He decided to bring them here so that his son will have a better life."

"Eh bakit? Hindi ba niya sinusuportahan anak niya?"

Curiosity is eating me.

"He offered. But Elaine resisted his offer. She said she can do it alone."

"O tapos?"

"And now... dad's by the door. We have to go." He pecked a kiss on my lips and stood up before pulling me up too.

"Hindi pa tayo bati humalik kana." I whispered.

"Ha ganun ba? O sige babalik ko na." And he again kissed me.

"Tumigil ka papatayin kita." I struggled from his hold to walk out.

"Made her pregnant maybe twice more." Dad said with a chuckle.

Hmp. Akala niya siguro ako lang ang mahihirapan sa pagbubuntis ko... mukha niya!

I got out of the car before he can even open the door for me. I even heard dad's laugh from the driver's seat.

Naiinis talaga ako kay Aiden at hindi ko alam kung ano ba talaga ang rason.

The surrounding is so quiet and it's new to me. I wonder where they are. They're not around.

I felt Aiden's presence behind me and I ignored it. Gusto ko kasi yung nahihirapan siya eh.

"Babe... Why are you not talking to me?" He asked with his usual sweet voice.

"Ang pangit mo kasi."

"Babe ang gwapo ko. Bulag kana ba?"

"Punyeta tumahimik ka-"

"Daddy!"

Before I can even finish my word, the door burst open and Rain ran to us.

I let them have their moment together. I'm suppose to get inside the house but then my mouth hung open when I saw the house decorated in a romantic way with flowers all over the house and sweet foods on the tables.

Everyone is lined up in a corner with big smiles on their faces.

"Daddy bigay ko na po ba po ring kay mommy?"

I turned around with what I heard from Rain. I heard Aiden's groan and my eyes darted on a white small box in his hand.

"Mommy marry daw daddy po!" Rain happily said it to me while wagging his hands in front of me.

They all laughed except me and Aiden who again groaned.

"Anak... ang galing mo naman." Aiden said to Rain that made them laugh even more. "Mom..." Aiden called his mom. "Please lang... make this little human busy."

Mom called Rain while laughing and told him that they will get chocolates.

Rain went with mom while hopping.

I don't know if I'm still moving because of mixed emotions. What is this? What's happening?

Aiden kneeled in front of me and opened the box, showing the simple diamond ring shining like a star.

"Babe... I stayed long here in New York to settle things up for our wedding. I'm sorry it went wrong. I've settled everything but I wasn't yet asking you. So here it is... will you marry me baby?"
