Also, sorry i didnt upload for a few days, i was updating another fanfic of mine. Love how it takes me a few days to write my other fanfics but less than a day to get these chapters up ;) lucky for you guys tho!

And sorry this is kinda a short chapter :/ its just a comedic filler really.

^^^ that does not mean you shouldnt read this though!

"I am so glad you two had fun at that camp!" Johanna was saying as we sat in the car, "And you two learned new things, right?"

"Not much I don't already know," I mumbled from my place in the front seat.

"Yes, mom! They taught us a whole bunch of new tricks!" Nikola is such a kiss ass. I swear to God I'm going to punch her in the face. I stared out the window and played with my lip. My cut had vanished the day we got back but I could still feel where it once was. The skin was softer and paler there. My other cuts and bruises were all gone as well and I could sit up without wincing in pain.

I hate being back here. I honestly do. There's so much I can do, but it feels like Gabriel and Johanna are holding me back. I hate them for it. There's half a week left until school starts, it will be slower than humanely possible, I'm sure.

"Sorry I had to wake you early," Johanna continued, "But you know you both were do for a visit to the dentist before school starts."

Great. The dentist.

I ignored her for the rest of the way there. But as soon as we walked inside the office, there was no ignoring anyone.

"Drew, the doctor will see you now," I followed her down the creepy pink hallway, "Last door on your right."

"Yeah, I know it."

I never understood why they were called 'doctors', I mean, they're just dentists. Every time I hear 'the doctor will see you now' I think of getting x-rays or being pumped full of drugs.

I looked around the door frame and saw the dentist...dipping into the laughing gas. Yeah, you read right. He was getting high off the laughing gas! WHAT KIND OF PLACE IS JOHANNA TAKING US?!

I cleared my throat and knocked on the frame. He dropped the gas mask and twisted the nozzle off, trying to make it look as if he wasn't getting high. Yeah, right!

"Erm, hi, Drew! I mean, Drew, hello! How are you?" He ran a shaky hand through shaggy brown hair and closed his blue eyes for a minute.

"I'm, uh, fine. Thanks. How are you?"

"Fine. Take a seat then, I guess."

"Okay." I sat in the weird dentist chair and felt nothing but awkward. Should I ask him for a hit of the gas? Would that make things less awkward? No. Probably not. He'd probably tell Johanna and then she would freak out on me. And if I tried to tell her that my dentist likes to get high then she wouldn't believe me. I know she wouldn't.

Maybe I should say something? Or not let him be poking around in my mouth with sharp objects? Well, what's the worst thing that can happen? He pokes a hole in my lip or cheek with that sharp, pointy thing? What would be so bad about that? I think it would be cool, whatever I drank would go dripping out the side. Haha!

"Open wide," he commanded. I did. And the poking around commenced.

"Your teeth look great, like always."
