April 20th (Drew's POV)

Outside, the horn was honking and Erika was screaming, "Come on, Drew! Let's go!

We're goona be late!"

So I screw on the cap of the water bottle and then jog out of Erika's house and

into my car.

"What were you doing in there?" She narrows her eyes at me.

"Nothing," I can't wipe the grin off my face. Its still there when we pull into

the school lot.

"I gotta do something. I'll meet you inside."

Her eyes were narrowed at me but she turned and started walking towards school.

I laugh again and shake my head.

"Of course," she sighs, "Happy Pot Day to you. It isn't a real holiday unless

Drew Ryan celebrates it."

She kisses me and I kiss back.

Then I unscrew my water bottle and raise it to her, "Cheers." I tip it back and

swallow. I wave the bottle under her nose and she shudders.

"You brought vodka to school too?"

"Yeah, thanks."

"Its mine?!"

"Yup," I aim to kiss her lips but miss and end up planting an awkward kiss on

the corner of her mouth.

During and in between classes people kept on congratulating me...but I wasn't

sure why. So I just smiled and kept walking.

During gym class we had to run. I swear to god I almost died! I was buzzed and

high- running does not fit in anywhere there! I threw up once and halfway
