"Lex, c'mon, let's go!" Jake called from downstairs.

"Crap, crap, crap," I muttered to myself, stuffing everything that I would need in my suitcase. I had to rush pack this morning, since I couldn't pack yesterday. My camera, sunglasses, charger, and everything that I thought I would need was in my bag, while my shoes and clothes were in my suitcases.

I smiled, taking the sling off me and tossing it in my suitcase- just in case. It would be my first day without the sling; I was glad I wouldn't have to wear it. Wearing the cast was torture, but at least I didn't have to wear the cast and sling now.

Checking to make sure I had everything, I zipped up my suitcases, and brought them downstairs. Jake was waiting for me on the last ledge. When he saw me, he went up and took my suitcases, kissing me on the cheek.

"Finally," he told me, smiling. "I thought I was going to have to go upstairs and drag you down, ready or not."

I laughed. "Got everything you need?" I asked Jake as he put my suitcases in the back of his car.

He nodded. "You?"

I nodded, yawning.

Jake glanced at me, chuckling. "Are you tired?"

"Sorta." I yawned again, sleepily getting into Jake's car. "I had to wake up early to pack." I told Jake when he got into the car.

"We should've listened to Dawn, packing last minute was hard and stressful," Jake complained.

I sighed, stretching in the seat. "Well at least you didn't actually pack in the last minute."

Jake laughed, turning his attention fully back on the road.

I leaned my head against the window, my eyes drifting close. Sleep washed over me as Jake drove us to the airport.

"Lex. Lex. Lex. Lex," Jake whispered, shaking me slightly.

"Hm?" I cracked my eyes opening, blinking. "Where are we?"

Jake smiled. "The airport."

"Time?" I asked, still slightly confused.

Jake checked his phone. "It's 11 o'clock right now."

I nodded, getting out of the car and stretching. "Are the others here already?"

"Yeah," Jake nodded, going over to the trunk and taking our suitcases out. "Dawn texted me that they're waiting for us in the... room."

"Room?" I turned to Jake, confused, a smile on my face.

"You know, that room where we wait until our flight is called."

"Ah."

"Yeah, that room." Jake grinned. He went over to me, standing in front of me. "Are you still tired, Lex?"

I shrugged. "I'll just walk it off or something."

Jake looked at me worriedly. "You sure?"

I nodded. "Besides, what could you do, Jake? Carry me? Use a shopping cart and wheel me there?"

"Just asking," Jake laughed. He kissed me on the lips then went to get our luggage.

"What can I help you with?" I asked, going over to Jake.
