"Are you kids alright?!" May asked as we all tumbled out of the tow truck. It had started getting hot will all of us in it, but nobody dared to open up a window.

"Just peachy," Nicole gasped.

"Hey, mom, so, do you have the spare key for the car?" Raymon asked, rubbing the back of his neck.

May looked at Raymon, then at their car, then at the tow truck. Her lips twitched in a small smile as she began to connect the pieces. Nodding, she gently shoved Raymon towards the house. "It's in the closet in the garage, you know what it looks like."

Raymon nodded, heading towards the- now opened- garage. He came back with a set of keys, whistling.

"Why are you whistling?" Russ asked, giving Raymon a weird look.

"Well, we get to open the car now and get all our stuff out," Raymon said, shrugging.

"It's not that happy of an event."

"Can't I just whistle for the heck of it, then?"

"No."

Nicole laughed. "It's alright, Raymon. Russ is only grumpy because he can't whistle. That's right. He. Can't. Whistle."

"Really?" I asked, looking at Russ.

"Totally," Leah said, grinning. "Like, zip. Nothing. Nada. Ni siquiera un poco." Leah looked pleased with herself that she could say 'not even a little' in Spanish.

Scowling, Russ remained silent.

"Alright, alright, I guess that's enough. You guys ready to see me be reunited with my baby?" Raymon joked, unlocking his car.

We all cheered, diving inside to get our phones, wallets, bags, etc. Raymon laid himself down across the front seats of the car, making kissy noises.

"I missed you, baby! Did you miss me?" He joked, laughing.

"What a weirdo," I stage whispered to everyone else. Cradling my phone against my chest, I pretended that my phone was a baby, rocking it. "I missed you, I missed you, I missed you! Mommy missed you! Did you miss mommy?" I asked my phone.

"Okay, seriously, what's wrong with you guys?" Dawn asked.

I laughed. "I just missed my phone-"

"And I just missed my car," Raymon butted in, "so much that I just had to do that."

"It would feel weird not to do it," I giggled.

Everyone else just stared at us like we were crazy- even May and the tow truck driver.

Jake sighed, shaking his head. "I'm seriously starting to reconsider our relationship."

Looking over at Jake, I tilted my head to the side, furrowing my eyebrows.

"Kidding," Jake wrapped me in a hug. "I still love you, Lex," he whispered.

"Well, I'm just flabbergasted. I can't believe you'd actually say that! Maybe I should reconsider our relationship!" I pretended to be mad, but my giggling gave me away.

Turning to the tow truck worker, May gave a small laugh. "Sorry about this. These kids are... crazy, to put it nicely. How much is the tow?"

"$10."

"Really?" May looked at him skeptically. "Only $10?"

The worker rubbed the back of his neck, chuckling. "Well, it usually costs around $30, at the least, but since you guys didn't need to bring it to the shop or have to get it looked at or anything, $10 is enough."
