"But no one's gonna love you better than me"

She finished singing as she put her headsets down. Greg gave her a thumbs up to show we were done.

I was glad that Ama was fully recovered and we could finally finish the album. Her being here just made the job easier. We easily made good song compositions together. We didn't need our songwriters for most of the times and it made the album seem more genuine.

"That was perfect" Greg said when she came out of the recording booth.

"I like it too" Sady walked in from the lounge room. She probably turned on the speaker in the lounge to hear her.

"And since both of you are here, there's a few plans ahead of you, for you to know." She said as she smiled to Greg.

Ama's manager was never one to have a casual conversation with anyone maybe she talked to Ama casually out of the workplace. But to me she was still as cold as ice. And for her to smile was a surprise to me, even more as it was directed to Greg.

But I guess since they were both our managers, they should have some sort of commm ground.

I looked at Ama questionably as she shrugged. I guess she didn't know either.

"Since the album is nearly finished. Star Records is holding an event since one of their artist, Ama is getting promoted but they want the both of you to perform and take over the show. It gives them more publicity and gives you two more recognition as a duo than individuals.

"That's awesome" Ama said as she hugged Sady.

"Don't thank me now. You two need to finish this album and make it as good as I know you two can. Greg will give you the details" she said as she left.

I was more than excited for this show, though I didn't show it, I was. I was just a bit used to performing, though this time I would be doing it with the woman I love.

"Isn't it exciting" she said as she wrapped her arms around me.

"It is definitely. It just makes us have to work harder to finish. This show will be amazing." I said as I gave her a light kiss on the lip.

"I know" she happily said as I laughed.

"So shall we?" I asked as I pointed back to the booth.

"Fine, one more song then we go home." She whined as we walked to our thinking room.

There was really nothing special about it. We just named it our thinking room so we could have a permanent place to write music.

It had a long couch for when Ama and I felt a bit lazy and we'd write music when she's lying on my chest.

It was a peaceful place and we could practically be in here for hours. It was calming with her.

"Play a note and we can see if we can make a beat." She said as she moved to the piano.

"Sure" I said as I sat beside her, opening the piano's closing, I got my fingers ready.

I looked beside myself as Ama was staring at the piano but soon looked up at me smiling.

"What, what's wrong?" She laughed as she kept staring at me.

I loved being this close to her. And I couldn't stop admiring how beautiful this girl was.

"I just love you so much" I whispered to her as she closed her eyes resting her face again mine.

"I love you too" she whispered back as she opened her eyes and giggled.
