I quite liked Railway Of The Sky.

Like Scott Walker had said, it's not overwhelming and busy. It's a hidden little diner that feels warm and welcoming.

So by the time we'd both finished our food, wrapped up our conversation, and Blondie had paid- I almost didn't want to leave. I liked being able to watch over the small city from my seat.

"What'd you think of the place?" Like he could hear my thoughts, he asks me this as soon as we reach his car.

We had walked in silence until now. "It was nice." I decide not to blabber on about it. Those few simple words should be enough, despite that the cafe was more than nice.

"It was nice? I was hoping for a more theatrical response." Scott unlocks his sports car and opens his door, and I copy his actions.

I don't understand how some people like sports cars. They're low, small, and squishy. I understand they're a fast and flashy car to have, but my knees ache even just getting in.

"It's definitely one of the fanciest diner's I've ever been to." My answer is a step up from the one before. I can tell he's satisfied with it, knowing his idea to bring me there wasn't a complete failure.

"That's why the locals don't often share it. It's too good to turn it into a tourist location. We're better off savouring it." Scott's eyes stay focused on the narrow roads ahead of him as he navigates us out of the small town.

"It makes sense. I definitely would go back." I liked how quiet and peaceful it was. There was nothing but the hum of the radio and any hushed conversations. I don't have many people to gloat about it to, but if I did, I wouldn't tell any of them.

"Well, I'd be happy to make it our usual spot, if you'd like?" I don't know how often he visions us driving this far to spend time together. I wouldn't have anyone to go to Railway Of The Sky with, so it's either by myself, or with him.

I nod. "They do make a good burger and fries, so I'm not going to say no." It wouldn't be an often occurrence, considering he would have to find time to squeeze it between his new work schedule.

Although, he found time to help me with Lilly's case. He starts work later this evening, and yet here we are, driving back to my apartment so he could try his best to help.

So before I know it, Blondie is easing is car up the driveway between two buildings so he can reach the parking lot and apartment building. It's such an awkward spot for an apartment block.

I reach him out the digits to open the boom gate, so he parks his car. On the opposite side of where Daniel's pea green car is. No one even dares parking near him.

"You know," Scott starts speaking as he and I climb out of his car. "I actually like your apartment building. It's completely private." It's like he had been reading my thoughts. Or perhaps he was just taking in his surroundings like I was.
