A U T H O R ' S
N O T EIf you're reading this, it means you've reached the end of Adoring Annalise, after 379 days of writing it. Wow. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
I began this storyline after watching a lot of crime documentaries, and wanted to grow something from the horrors I'd watched. Adoring Annalise definitely wasn't as harsh as some realities that I'd come to learn, but I had discovered an underworld mysteries/not having answers.
I have appreciated every second of writing this novel, as it's my third current finished one, although it was tough getting it done through so many pandemic lockdowns, career changes, holidays, and the craziness that has happened in the world.
Endings to me are new beginnings.
Although this chapter is closed for Annalise and Scott, another has opened for new characters and plot lines.
I love writing and I always have. Being able to create stories on a platform with engaging readers has been the best six years of my life. I appreciate every individual reader, whether they're invisible or not.
Adoring Annalise has been a good start to getting out of my comfort zone. I typically liked writing sweet, innocent work. I struggled even writing about kissing scenes. Somehow Scott and Annalise broke me out of that bubble, and has given me courage to break out even more in my next story I have on my account, as well as going back to other stories and adding the content I was too scared to write.
I look forward to becoming completely unfiltered in my next work, and adapting new plots + writing styles.
Thank you,
and I hope to see you there.Hannah Mary.
