Roman X Reader/Overprotected

I walked backstage of the arena dressed in my gear for tonight's Raw. I finally had my shot at the Woman's Championship against the Queen Bitch Charlotte! I've been in the WWE three years now and I've worked my ass off to get where I' am now and because of all I've done and the attention WWE's giving me, I made an enemy in Charlotte; who never wasted an opportunity both on and off camera to make my life a living hell!

I continued walking until I arrived at my destination The Shield's locker room. Not long after coming to the WWE, I met Roman Reigns, Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins. It didn't take long before the four of us were best friends, all three were like brothers to me. A year ago though, Roman and I began feeling differently towards each other and he asked me out. I accepted and that one date was all it took and we started going out; Dean and Seth fully supported our relationship. We're crazy in love and completely devoted to each other; the only problem though was that ever since we began dating Roman's become super overprotective of me, to the point of smothering me! I was used to all three guys being protective of me, they've been like that our entire friendship, but I could handle that, it was nothing like what Roman was doing now. I've tried talking to him about it a few times now and so have Dean and Seth, but nothing changed. Due to my friendship with the guys and relationship with Roman some of the other girls; especially Charlotte, think all my success is because of the guys and resent me for it, making sure I knew how they felt. I knocked on their door and seconds later Dean opened it, seeing me he smiled, I went into the room, on my way past him he kissed my head.

"Hey, (Y/N/N)!" He greeted me.

"Hey, Deano!" I replied smiling. "Hey, Seth!" I greeted him, as I kissed Seth's cheek and sat beside him on the couch.

"Hey, kid!" Seth replied, as he finished tying his boots.

"So, where's my boyfriend?" I asked.

"Uh, he's talking to Hunter." Dean answered, as he looked at Seth.

"Alright you two, I know that look!" I said, as I stood and crossed my arms, as I looked at them angrily. "Why is he talking to Hunter?"

"(Y/N), calm down baby girl." Seth said gently, as he stood too.

"Seth Rollins, don't tell me to calm down!" I said angrily. "What is he doing now?" I demanded.

"It's nothing to get upset about!" Dean said, as Seth agreed.

"There's my favorite girl!" Roman said smiling, as he came into the room before they could tell me anything.

"Roman Reigns, why the hell were you talking to Hunter?" I questioned angrily.

"I went to see if I could be in your corner for tonight's match." He answered.

"Are you serious right now?" I asked, I couldn't believe he had done that!

"It's a big match for you (Y/N/N), I know how sneaky Charlotte is and I wanted to make sure you weren't cheated out of the title!" He explained.

"Uh, Seth and I are going to go..."

"Nowhere!" I said angrily, cutting Dean off. "I'm leaving! Before I go I'm warning you Roman, stay out of my match tonight! I love you, but I don't need to be protected all the damn time, you don't always need to be my Samoan Superman!" I added upset, before I walked out.

"Ro, Dean and I love and want to protect her too, but dude you're going overboard!" Seth said gently.

"You're smothering her Rome! She's smart and tough, she can take care of herself." Dean added, before they left the locker room to check on me.
