Jenny's P.O.V

We're now back in Detroit and back in the studio. I feel much happier after me and Marshall made up and I can really feel that a lot of weight has been removed from my shoulders. It's also nice to be back in the studio and I've really missed being here.

The weather is so nice today and I can see here from the kitchen that Marshall and Denaun are out playing basket. I decide to take a break and go out and watch them.

"Yo, Jen." Denaun immediately says as he's the first to see me and his words makes Marshall turn around and look at me.

"Yo." He says offering me a little smile. Things are fine between us but I can tell that Marshall takes a lot of distance and it bothers me. I've now been back for 4 days and we haven't talked that much. I don't know what's wrong because when we do talk then it's good, but it feels more like on a friendly level and it's frustrating.

I watch them play for a bit and suddenly the gates open and Bizzy and Swiftly walk in. They join Denaun and Marshall in basket and afterwards they all head inside except Marshall. He joins me on the bench.

"What's up?" He asks me.

"Nothing much." I say. "Are they just here to hang out or are you gonna work?"

"Both, I think." He says looking at the sky and a very awkward silence now comes between us. Okay, something isn't right and this isn't like us.

"Are you okay?" I ask him which makes him look at me.

"Why shouldn't I be?" He asks.

"You just seem so distance." I point out.

"I'm sorry if it seems that way." He says. "But I'm alright."

"Are you sure?" I ask. "Because since we've come back then it's been weird between us."

"You wanted to take it slow, Jen." He says softly.

"Yes but not slow in that we can't even have a conversation." I frown.

"I'm sorry if you've felt that way." He says and moves closer to me. "I'm.. I just don't know how to handle this, alright? I'm scared that I'm gonna do something wrong and then I'll lose you again." It actually gets me a little sad that he's been distance because he's scared to come to me.

"Marshall, you don't have to be." I say softly as I lean my head on his shoulder. "I miss you."

"I miss you too." He says and kisses me in my hair which makes me lift my head and connect our lips. He brings me closer to him and the kiss becomes more passionate. "Too much?" He asks as he pulls away from me.

"No." I smile. "It was perfect."

"Do you wanna do something together this weekend?" He asks. "I don't have the girls."

"Like what?" I ask.

"I don't know." He shrugs. "I just wanna spend some time with you and Tyler."

"We can do that." I agree.

"Great." He says and takes my hand. He locks our hands and looks at me.

"What?" I ask as he keeps staring at me.

"I'm glad that you gave me another chance." He says. I am too because I wouldn't know how to deal with the feelings that I had inside me.

"Me too." I say and we now see Emily walk through the gates.

"Hello lovebirds!" She says as she walks closer to us and we just smile to her. "Are you guys busy today?"

"Bizzy and Swifty just showed up." Marshall tells her.
