After Matt had helped Shiro unpack, he decided to head to his sister's room to discuss about his "recent discovery".

"KatiKat." He said as he cracked the door.

She pause on working on her laptop. "I swear, if you call me--"

"KatiKat!"

"That's it!" She ran towards her bed, grabbed her pillow, and chucked it across the room. It flew in the air as it hit her door, causing the door to knock into Matt's head.

"Ouch!" He exclaimed as he rubbed to affected area.

"Okay, I didn't mean for it to do that, but..." She paused. "You still deserved it!"

"No I didn't."

"Don't call me KatiKat."

"KatiKat." Matt mocked.

"Stop it!" Katie said as she marched right up to her brother and held her fist in a position that would signify that she was going to punch him.

"Okay! Okay! I'll stop!" Matt said cowardly as he held his hands in front of his head for protection for any oncoming blows. "For now." He muttered.

"Now why did you come here in the first place?" Katie questioned as she placed her hands on her hips.

Matt than smirked. "Oh nothing." He said as he reached into his pocket. "I just found a nickel in my pocket after we left the air port." He than pulled out the coin, shining it in front of his sister.

"So what?" She sighed as she walked back and started to continue on her laptop.

"You admitted that you found Shiro hot." He smiled.

"No I didn't. I just admitted that he looked better with my glasses. I was surprised. I never said I found him attractive or anything. Besides, he is way too old for me. He is in seventh grade." Not once did she look away from what she was working on. She didn't feel the need to.

"Three years is nothing. Mom and Dad are eight years apart." Matt defended.

"They are four. Four years apart, Matt."

"What ever." Matt sighed. "Plus, I don't see anyone else as good or better than Shiro in our grade."

"Tyler's cool." Katie mentioned.

"Tyler?! Tyler can't even be compared to Shiro!"

"Yeah," Katie said. "Because Tyler is way better."

"Don't tell me you like Tyler." Matt murmured.

"Maybe just a little." Katie admitted. "But if I had to choose to marry Takashi or Tyler, I would definately choose Tyler."

"But Tyler is good at sports and that's it! There is nothing special about him."

"Tyler has a better personality, and doesn't brake laptops just to get people outside! Sometimes he even talks to me during recess!"

"Fine. Whatever. It's not like it effects me!" Matt said as he walked out the door.

"Good. Now I can work in peace."

Now, it wasn't like she had a crush on Tyler. He was just someone who caught her interest.

Tyler was dusty-blonde haired boy with green eyes. He wasn't the most popular boy at school, but was friends with the most popular guy at school, Thomas, which might actually be worst.

Tyler was sometimes excluded or pushed out of the spot light when ever he tried to talk, and so he would be more lonely than the least popular.

At first, he would tried to stay around Thomas, but than when Katie had started to attend the school, she started to get his attention when she sat alone in the corner of the play ground.

It took him months, but he finally got the courage to talk to her late November. They just had short conversations during recess, but than the short conversations started to grow longer and longer each time they talked.

Right now, it was at the point that Katie, could probably call him a friend.

But than again, she was never good at accepting knew people into her social bubble.
