Babysitting Disaster

Hailey's age : 14
Twins age:1 month

   Hailey watched as her father's drove away to thier date. They needed it. The twins have been so hard and stressful to take care of they were losing thier minds. Hailey held Winnie, while Susie slept. Winnie began to cry.
"No no, Winnie it's ok." Hailey cooed softly to try and calm her down. Winnie always was more fussy than Susie, but Susie was more messy than Winnie. It was like a team effort. Hailey decided to feed them.
    She held Winnie and took her out of the room. She'll feed Susie later. As she held Winnie, Ryan called. Great. Hailey picked up the phone.
"Hello."
"Hey Hailey."
"Ryan what is so important?"
"I'm outside your front door."
"What!" Hailey shouted. She stormed to the front door, trying to calm and crying baby. There he was, holding a bouquet of roses.
   Hailey opened the door.
"What are you doing here?"
"Hailey please let me in."
Hailey couldn't protest because he squeezed his way in anyway.
"Hailey please hear me out. I miss dating you."
"Ryan I'm taking care of my siblings!" Hailey said somewhat annoyed."I don't have time for this."
"Hailey, please you want to date me."
Hailey took Winnie back to the kitchen, ignoring Ryan. She had a baby to feed. Ryan stood angrily. He wanted Hailey. He then had a perfect idea. He ran to the babies room and saw Susie sleeping in her crib. He grabbed Susie leaving a note in the crib. He took her out the front door, without a word.
  Hailey smiled with victory. She did it. She got Ryan to leave. With Winnie fed, she went to check on Susie. She entered to find something that made her scream. Susie was gone. In her place was a piece of paper.
Hailey if you want your sister back, meet me at the park. I would hurry. Babies get cold and hungry quickly.
Hailey wanted to cry. She needed help. Her phone rang, and she felt her stomach clench. It was Dan.
"Yes Dad."
"How's the twins doing?"
"Ummm just fine bye!" Hailey ended the call. She grabbed the keys to her car, the babies carseats and began to drive.
  Hailey arrived at the park in a rush. She hurried out of the car, carrying Winnie. She saw Ryan standing holding Susie. Suise was crying.
"Ryan you psychopath. Give my sister back!" Hailey screamed. Ryan shook his head. Hailey groaned.
"Not until you admit you made a mistake."
"I did make a mistake.....dating you." Hailey spoke with venom in her voice. Ryan looked hurt for a second, but didn't give Susie back. Hailey thought it was hopeless until a familiar vocie was heard from behind.
"Hey give my daughter back." Phil shouted. Dan followed. Hailey turned around to find her father's there behind her with a serious face. Dan took Winnie from Hailey.
"Oh mister Howellester. Here, Hailey-" Ryan spoke inturpted by Dan.
"Just give me the child," Dan said. Ryan passed Susie over to Dan. Phil took Susie from Dan and took Hailey to the car.
"How did you find me?" Hailey asked as they walked towards the car.
"We know you, and we know when something is wrong." Dan said. Hailey smiled. Her fathers always had her back.
"I guess this was a disaster." Hailey said looking at her shoes. Dan and Phil looked at each other than at Hailey.
"Hailey you can babysit anytime." They said in unison earning a laugh from Hailey. She had the best parents.
