These past few days, I've been dancing. Yes, dancing. Weird, isn't it? I asked for help from Hannah since she's a great dancer unlike me. We decided to go Major Lazer and Dawin with my performance, and I asked 2 of our rookies to join me on my performance. Luckily, they belong to the same class as Benj's, and they agreed. "Anything for you, kuya Donny! Basta anything din for ate Sophie.", was their response when I asked them. Oh, by the way. Sa inyo ko muna sasabihin. The dance I'll be performing is not for the school fair only, but also as my panligaw to Sophie. I still haven't talked to her yet, tho. Kaya babawi ako.

5:06 PM

Claui was also here at our house, watching me practice. "Hanep naman the performance, cous'.", she remarked after practicing my 3rd dance. "Sophie mentioned that all the club presidents and sports representatives have a meeting tomorrow, so I'll see you.", Claui said while arranging all her folders, ready to go home. "I'll tell Sophie na ikaw na yung sasayaw–" I immediately wrapped my arm around her and pulled her towards me, then covered her mouth with my hand. "Wag muna, Claui. Please?", I said then bigla akong pinagpapawisan. Hindi pa kasi alam ni Sophie na ako yung magpperform. She was nagulat with what I did then she bit my hand, causing me to scream lowly and to free her from my grip. "Yes, I won't. I was just joking, lover boy.", she playfully punched me on my arm then started walking to our front door, laughing. "See you tomorrow!", was her last words then I just gave her a salute.

After practicing for an hour or two, the rookies and I took a break muna. Then Benj started dancing crazily, pulling Solana with him, plus he started singing something he just invented. "I'm dancing my way to your heart, So–", I stared at him then he continued, still. "–lana! Bakit, kuy? Ikaw ha. Iba nasa isip mo eh.", then everyone in the room started laughing. "Lover boy?", Solana asked as she sat beside me. "Yes, Solans! May gusto siyang ligawan.", Benj said, smirking. "What's lagiwan?", Solana asked then Hannah started screaming. "Please tell me it's ate Sophie you're gonna make ligaw to, kuy!", she started shaking me, making me bite my lip to stop myself from smiling but I failed. "You're smiling, don't keep it from us na!", she complains. "Yes, it's Sophie.", I finally said it. Alam na nila. I got nothing to lose.

Day before annual school fair

"So guys, for today, need na natin ayusin yung venue. Dapat full force na tayong nagtutulungan since it's our last annual fair.", I said as I was walking towards the soccer field with the club presidents and sports representatives. "Let me help you with that.", Chris said as he grabbed the paint box I was holding and the other canvas, then I let him. The fair committee are the only ones on the school field, so nag scatter kami for the arrangement of booths. It was a chill yet busy afternoon, nagkakantahan yung iba, soundtrip ganern, it was fun having the committee as a company. Chris and I were just talking about some stuffs while walking, then I stopped on my tracks when I saw Donny and Janina talking and laughing their butts off.

Ganun siguro ako kasaya kung ako yung kasama ni Donny.

"Is there something wrong, Sophie?", Chris asked, I forgot that I was with him. I looked down, biting my lip. I didn't notice that a tear escaped my left eye. Hay, grabe na pagselos ko. "It's nothing, Chris. I'm fine, t-thank you.", I said while wiping my cheek with the back of my hand, faking myself. "I don't want to assume but is it about Donny and Janina?", I was still looking down. "I don't want to be the one to say this but sooner or later, you'll find out.", he smiled.

Sooner or later you'll find out na sila na nga. What's the point pa? Hay.

Donny

The soccer field is filled with only the fair committee arranging and decorating the place. I was hammering some plywood and Janina was skirting the table cloths. Can I just say that she really is a witty person? Nakakaloka. Kahit napaka-corny na ng jokes niya, matatawa ka pa rin. Just like what's happening now, tawang tawa kami sa kung ano pinaguusapan namin.
