And in that night, everything crashed in front of me.

I locked all the doors and gates, turned off all the lights and immediately ran into my room.

I spent the night crying myself to sleep, my heart is so heavy. I deserve all the pain right now for being such an insensitive bitch.

I walked to my closet and got myself a handkerchief, and to my surprise, it was the handkerchief Donny handed to me when we first met.

I cried a little bit more.

I went through Twitter and checked some tweets then I saw this,

It was Donny who retweeted it.

There was no one else I could run to.

The next day

I'm ready to face all the gossips and looks my school will give me as I enter.

This is high school, right? When every little thing is an issue for everyone? Hindi mabubuhay kung walang chismis.

As I entered the big ass double doors, I overheard a group of girls talking.

"Oh my gosh, siya 'yun 'di ba? Nagawa niya pang pumasok pagkatapos nang ginawa niya?",

"Landi over acads motto niya eh.", nagtawanan sila.

"Hay, 'di talaga matinag mga malalandi na katulad niya.", okay, I deserve this.

I just ignored them, walking straight to my locker to drop off some things, then went to the SCB room.

It was dead silent, everyone seems to be all cheerful and joyful even though we're busy. But yeah, nagbago na lahat.

My seat was across Janina's, who was busy glaring at her laptop as I sat down before her.

"Congrats, you made it alive just being present today.", I didn't know if she was sarcastic or what.

"Thank you?", I was unsure with my response.

"You know what, Sophie? I know you're smart enough to make wise decisions, but damn. I never knew that you would tolerate those kinds of actions.", good morning, sermon ang bungad sa akin.

"Janina, forget about it.", I heard Claui spoke loud enough inside the room.

"Forget about what? What happened was really disturbing, don't play the victim when you agreed on hooking up with Jo—",

"Oh my God, Janina. This has nothing to do with you.", Claui butts in.

"Sis, kung hindi ka lang mahal ni Donny—", I couldn't help it, nagluluha na ako. Alam ko namang nagkamali ako eh.
