Ang ganda pala dito sa condo nila Donny, he mentioned that pa-minsan minsan lang sila nauwi dito if galing silang North ng fam niya. Mostly daw si Hannah and Tita Maricel ang nandito but for now, Donny took over the place and brought me here. I wonder, nadala niya din kaya dito si Danielle? You might be wondering why I'm asking this, but I just wanna know. I don't even know why I want to know.

Kalma lang, Sophie. Sino ka ba para magtanong? Oo nga naman oh. My thoughts are going crazy right now.

Maybe the reason why I want to know is because pag lasing, napapaamin daw. It's a quarter after one, and ayaw pa magpaawat ni Donny. Inaantok na ako. "Donny, last mo na 'yan.", I said after yawning. "Ano ba ganap? Ba't ka ba umiinom?", I asked after taking the bottle from him. "No, Danielle. You're the reason why I'm acting like this."

I was just about to bring the topic about her but then.. he called me Danielle?

Medyo kumirot puso ko, kahit alam ko naman walang kami.

"I am not Danielle.", I said, while slowly looking at Donny, whose eyes are already forming a luggage. "Bakit, Danes? Deins mo ba akong minahal? Ginawa ko ang lahat para sa'yo, pero kaibigan lang pala tingin mo sa akin?", Donny started muttering words from his past, and I can really tell that he's been hurt, so bad. "Stop na, please.", I slid next to his side by patting his face with a face towel kasi piangpapawisan kahit malamig sa sala. I was just wiping all the sweat away from his face and neck then he stopped me and looked at, "D-Danes..", just by hearing her name with his voice breaks my heart. Hindi ako si Danielle. Alam kong wala akong karapatan. Mahal niya pa rin ata si Danes kahit matagal na silang wala. I mean, never naman naging sila. "I loved you but there was never an us.", tears started falling from his eyes which also made me tear up too, but I stopped myself. "Nais kong magpakalasing... dahil wala ka na.", Donny started singing, alam kong lasing na talaga yung hayup na 'to. "Donny, matulog ka na.", I straightly said then pulled him to stand up para sa kwarto na siya tumuloy.

Very wrong, ate girl. Pagkatayo ni Donny, bumagsak siya sa balikat ko. "Huy, ang bigat mo, Donato. 'Di kita kaya.", kahit maliit ko, nagpalakas ako para mabuhat ko siya or like matulungan ko siya ma-balance sarili niya. After a few minutes, nakarating na kami sa room niya kahit onting lakad lang mula sa living room. I immediately placed him sa bed para matulog na siya, kaso hindi pa rin niya mapigilan magsalita. I looked through his closet para mapalitan siya ng shirt and finally may nahanap ako. "Dons, umayos ka nga.", his eyes were half closed na so parang baby if palitan ng pang taas jusme. While nililinisan ko siya, I still can't believe what I heard. He must've really loved Danielle, but I guess he's just not right for her. I took one last glance at Donny before heading out of his room, he must've been very tired.

2:19 AM

I still am not sleepy, I wanted someone to talk to. Biruin mo, it has been days, weeks, months, pero 'di ko pa rin masabi yung tatlong salita na yun. I guess, hindi pa ako handa. I dialed Janina's number to see if she's still up, but then I had to give her a voicemail so it means she's asleep. I called Claui next, hoping she'll pick up the phone.

"Hey, girl!", urgh, too loud. "Sup, Claui.", I then closed the sliding door behind me and rested my arms on the barrier of the terrace. "What's up? You're with Donny, right?", she asked, obviously munching on kettle corn. "Nothing much, just can't sleep. Yeah.", I sounded cold, hoping she didn't notice. "I see. Everything good? You sound.. cold.", tss. "I don't know if okay lang ba ako after he mentioned Danielle thrice, and he drank a few bottles.", I let out a sigh. "Aba'y gago ba siya? Hindi ba niya alam na kasama ka niya tas babanggitin niya yung sumira ng puso niya?", I let out another sigh. "Yun nga eh, ako kasama niya pero iba pala nasa isip niya.", gago, sakit. I didn't notice that my tears started falling while I was still on the phone with Claui. "Ate girl, lasing siguro. Hindi niya din ata maaalala yan paggising niya. Pero sa side mo, ang sakit niyan. Pero, are you guys something na ba?", the last sentence woke me up. "Nagseselos ako pero wala akong karapatan.", Claui chuckled with what I said. "Diba nga, he doesn't usually bring girls somewhere. Pinakahuli niya is last year pa. And look, you're the lucky one. Dodong always makes kwento kaya about you.", I smiled with what Claui's last line, but hay. "I gotta go now. See you at school.", was my last words because I heard the sliding door open.
