Hi hi...

Y'all missed me huh?

I'm sorry I've been away with this story for so long. After my last update, I had a death in the family some days before my birthday and it just crushed me.

That situation along with another personal issue brought on my depression which began to mess with my anxiety so it was just hectic emotionally for me.

I was at a point where I could only focus my energy on one book so I had chose No Room For Era.

But I'm back now so, read, vote, COMMENT, if you want regular updates.

Tell me what you're thinking, what you want to see happen, what you think might happen.. Get active y'all, JEEZ!!! Lol

“So yea, we can shift that display closer to the window and that would give us enough room.”

Walking into my niece’s gallery, I was still amazed ta this day that she did all of this. Waiting on the side, she stood talking to someone as they went over what she had on a clipboard.

“Yea and please schedule the window cleaners because the city ones aren't really cutting it. I need my windows to be clean enough that you ain't see it and walk into it.”

“OK Ms. LaBranch.” The person laughed lightly.

I on the other hand did the same.

“Ya tryna catch cases now Noonie?” I approached her.

“Hey unc.” She smiled.

Exchanging a hug, we walked over to her office. Closing the door behind me, I sat while she began typing.

“So to what do I owe this visit?” She glanced at me.

“Well I had some business to take care of outchea and ya know I couldn't not check my girls.”

When she heard the s sound, she looked up at me.

“Don't give me that look. Ya know despite everything, I love all y'all equally.”

“OK.” She went back to typing.

“Whea ya lah big head boyfriend at?” I laughed.

“Right behind you sir.”

Turning round, sure enough he stood there. Hearing Noonie laugh below her breath, I turned back and looked at her.

“Wassup man.” We dapped. “Ya know I was only joking right?”

“I know because we got that same shaped head. So of course ya could call it that.” He smirked.

“Shit, I've been called everything under tha muthafucking sun when it came to my head.” I laughed. “And that's just from ma fans em.”

Taking back my seat I waited while him and Noonie spoke.

“Hea ma.” He handed her an envelope. “Ya forgot this at my place.”

“Oh right, thank you.” She smiled.

“I'll swing by and come get ya fa lunch.’

“No problem.”

Turning my head, they shared a kiss before he pulled back and left.

“So what ya got thea?” I asked pertaining to the envelop.

“Oh this? Its some documents the mayor wanted me to look over.”

“Wait how that meeting went?”
