I must say this first...I realize some people have began skipping chapters because the views not adding up. If you know you are, please dont ask questions about anything because more than likely it was stated in the chapter you skipped.

Misty's grandmother in MM...

"NaNuh!!!"

"Sweet Pea!!!"

I smiled seeing Nai interact with my grandma. They were just as close as me and her.

"Hi sweetie" she came over and hugged me.

"Hey grandma"

"Ayeeee ole woman!" August came in loud behind me.

"Peanut Head!!!" She exclaimed as they hugged. "You still owe me fifty dollars though" she said to August.

"Man I thought we settled that"

"No,you settled the hundred ya owed me"

"Aug when are you going to stop gambling with her."

"When she stops cheating"

"I guess that's a never" I shook my head.

"Whea ya bags at maw?" Aug asked.

"Under ma eyes, where they've always been" she joked.

"I can't stand y'all"I laughed.

I was happy with the fact that she was doing so great. She had her moments and that's understandable, but she's been cancer free since the surgery and going strong.

I went into the kitchen to see Nai sitting on the counter Indian style with a bowl of grapes in her lap as she watched whatever it was on the TV.

"Share with momma" I smiled as I opened for her to give me one.

"Thank you princess" I kissed her cheek as I ate the grape.

"Momma?"

"Mmhmm, yes Nai?"

"What we doing for daddy's birthday"

"That's two months away sweet pea." I looked at her as I made Aug a sandwich.

"I know but I was just wondering."

"Oh. Well I don't know. What you think we should do?"

"Ion know" she shrugged.
