"If you're not going to help me clean up, I suggest you do something please!"
"I'm coming just now." I heard him yell back.
Spending the night, meditating and simply talking about future plans, I was really in a great space. Though we were engaged, we decided to hold off on setting and actual date and I was fine with that.
"Boy what are you doing?" I laughed.
Entering my living room, Reggie was laid out on the couch doing a video as he sang to the song I had playing.

"Waiting on my fiancée to come out here." He sat up and smiled.
"You're suppose to be helping me straighten up and cook. You know my parents are going to be here soon."
Finally getting up, he walked with me into the kitchen.
"What you had in mind to cook?"
"I honestly don't know." I sighed.
"Aight well you go finish up, I got the cooking under control."
"Are you sure?"
"Yea babe." He kissed me.
Smiling, I stepped away as he removed his sweatshirt and began to gather what he needed. The way he would cater to me was crazy but I appreciated it because I knew it was his way of showing his appreciation.
"Hey now." He flinched as my arms unexpectedly wrapped around his waist.
"Sorry and thank you."
"For what?" He turned and faced me.
"For being in my life."
"Nah babe. Thank you for saving me." He kissed me. "You're a God sent and I love you."
