Before we get into this chapter, because sadly its set in a city thats in dire need of help right now, I just want to say to any of my readers, if you are in Texas, I'm pray in for you and everyone.

If there is ANYTHING I can do, don't hesitate to inbox me.

Living in the Caribbean, especially at this time, I know and understand what y'all are going through.

Unlike America, we have two seasons, 6months of hot sun(dry season) and 6months of rain(rain/hurricane season).

We may not always get the full hurricane, but we do experience numerous tropical storms, tropical waves etc that cause flash flooding.

All I can say at this point is please try to stay safe where ever you are and don't give up on FAITH!

Now.. Read, enjoy, comment and vote!

“Yea man, I just got in the car hea. Whea y'all at?”

“Look in the glove compartment, you'a see the information.”

“Aight. He alone?”

“Not right now but this his usual pattern, he gon be alone in a couple minutes.”

“Good.”

Ending my call with Cory, I got out the envelope and check the information on whea they were. Dropping it on the seat next to me, I started the car they had put in place for me and left.

Its been a couple weeks since my plan been in motion. My cousins been staking out these lah punks and tonight was the first fool.

“God forgive me for my actions here. Know my intentions are good and if you have to cast punishment, do it upon me and not my family.” I prayed as I drove.

It was going on half one in the morning and even though I was tired, I had to get this done. I still wasn't sure how it was going to end for the kid but at this point, I didn't care.

Listening to some music as I got my mind right, my phone began to ring. Seeing Misty calling me on facetime, I pulled over and answered.

“Watchu doing up Misty?”

“You know very well I wouldn't be able to sleep comfortably knowing what you're up to.”

“That's besides the point ma. Ya need ta be resting.”

“What I need is my husband laying next to me. Not about to do some mess in another state.”

“If ya called me ta start something, its best ya go sleep.”

“Why can't you just leave it alone?”

“Because something needs ta be done and ya know this.”
