Time had passed rather quickly over the next month. It was filled with lots of studying for finals and the actual taking of the finals but some not so terrible things followed along too.

Colby and I had become closer a which surprised me a lot considering that the two of us had almost nothing in common except Drew. Speaking of Drew, he'd recently gotten a new job at a local waterpark called SplashLand and had also met my brother and Anna which had gone surprisingly well considering that the both of them were almost always cranky and irritable. That's was to be expected of Anna who was a whopping eight and a half months preggers and was ready to explode at any moment.

But beside that it had been an okay month or so. I hadn't spoken to Destiny or Amanda in over a month. It wasn't so much as that I was mad at them. It was that I didn't want the baggage that they drug along. It wasn't just yah to would hang out with THEM. It would be them, Alex, Robert, Zach and possibly Austin and as much as I was sure that I was dedicated and devoted to Drew. I wasn't sure what would happen if I saw Austin in the flesh, standing before me and telling me all the things I wanted to hear so I just stayed away. Far away.

As I began towards my car as I left a local store, I felt a vibration coming from the back pocket of my jeans and reached for my phone. I slid the talk button over and was greeted by loud screams.

"Hello!" I shouted in panic, sitting in the driver's side of my car.

"Oh my gosh, Cam!" They screamed back.

"Destiny? What the hell is going on?"

"Oh my gosh. Robert...Ring....Oh my gosh!"

"What? Wait wait wait? Did Robert-" I asked, suddenly a lot more alert than before.

"Yes! He proposed to me!" she screamed, still barely audible.

"Okay, Destiny, listen to me. Take a deep breath and explain to me what happened,"

"Okay," she began, taking a quick, deep breath, "I walked into the apartment because Robert wanted to have dinner all together and so when I did, I tripped over like a thousand green balloons and I kicked them out of my way and kept walking though the apartment and them saw them. They were all standing in a line and first it was Amanda then Alex, then Zach and then Robert and they were each holding a balloon and Amanda handed me a needle and told me to pop each of their balloons. So I did and the first one exploded and a note saying 'Will' fell out then it continued on and when I finally got to Robert, his note said 'me' and I completely broke down in tears and said yes and it was so amazing! Oh my God, Cam! 'm so happy!"

I found myself smiling uncontrollably at her story. I was genuinely happy for her and I couldn't remember the last time that I heard her so happy. At least one of us was going to get our happily ever after. I tried to push the thought from my mind. The thought of Austin and I getting married, starting a life together made me feel both happy and angry at the same time. I loved Drew. I did. I loved him.

"Anyways, I called to tell you that I want you to come to our inpromptu engagement party tomorrow night. It's at the East Hampton suites on Brandent Boulavard. I really, really want you to be there! We haven't seen you in months! Promise me you'll come? You can even bring that boyfriend of yours," she laughed.

"Wait, what? How do you know about that?" I asked, struggling to keep the laughter to a minimum.

"Cam, come on. I devote several hours of my day cyberstalking one direction. You don't think I've seen you and Drew's instagrams," she giggled putting emphasis on his name.

"Oh my gosh,"

"He's cute," she began, "and you seem really happy. I'm really glad you found someone who could make you happy again. You deserve to be happy," she spoke as I smiled at the words.

"Well, thank you," I smiled, "I guess we'll see you tomorrow night,"

"Can't wait for it babe," she laughed before hanging up.
