Grey Eyed Savior

XXX. Not what you expect.

As we drive to the hospital, the pain starts to increase. I'm laying in the back of the car as Adam stops at a light.

"Adam, it's getting worse," I whimper as I curl into a ball. "We're almost there love," he says as he looks at me through the mirror.

The light turns green and he starts to drive forward. Out of no where, I hear a screech as a car drives past the light.

I scream, feeling the impact as the car hits ours. I feel myself lift in the air, hitting the ceiling as glass shatters. The car rolls as the driver of the other car drives passed, leaving us in the middle of the road.

"Adam," I cry as I look toward him. His head is on the broken window with blood and glass all over him. I start to sob as the pain becomes unbearable.

I start to hear sirens as I start to feel dizzy. "Adam," I say again, hoping to see his beautiful grey eyes. I hear the car crunch as they try to get to us.

I feel hands on me as they get the door off. "Please, Adam please," I sob as I reach my hand toward his.

The paremedics put a brace on me as I continue to call out for Adam.

"No let me go! Adam!" I scream as I see them get to him and lift his motionless body out of the car. "Please," I sob as I feel myself pulled into unconsciousness.
