My King is a Monster

PROLOGUE

I was sitting at the bench at the park na malapit sa house namin, listening to my favorite song "Pag-ibig na kaya". "Dienice! Bakit ba nagkakagyan ka? May nagawa ba akong mali?" I saw a couple quarelling, 'HMM.. interesting...' I removed my earphones and watched the couple fight.

Then, yung girl, umiyak siya, she was looking on the ground, "Br-break na t-tayo.." Then she ran away. 'OMG...' I was shocked, man! Kung ako yung sinabihan ng ganun ng isang lalaki-- Naku! tsk, tsk, tsk! Then naalala ko yung pinapanood ko na away ng couple. I looked back up and realized that the boy left already. 'Kawawa naman yung boy..."

When I was about to leave, someone grabbed my hand. I turned back and saw the crying boy! "Uh-hm.. may I help you?" tanong ko, "Please, ngayon lang, please, stay with me for a minute" he asked, bowing his head, crying. I sat down, naawa kasi ako eh. Then I comforted him, kahit hindi ko siya kakilala.

When I woke up, I realized that I fell asleep for a few minutes and the boy was gone. He left a note saying, 'Thank you for comforting me, it was a big help. You're a very kind girl. Hope to see you again. P.S. My name's Jed Aaron, nice meeting you :)'

Awww.. I was touched, he was a really nice guy. Well that's too much for me to say for a guy who I just met-- But I hope we could be friends. I kept his note and went home.
