Chap 3: Slavery

Yuri's POV

'Urgh! I don't want to go to school today, knowing that i'll be a slave for that crying, crazy boy! Pero, I have no choice, baka balikan nila at i-bully ulit sila Sam and Summer, they're just so important for me. So I got up from my bed and did my thing.

When, I was walking near the school entrance, nakita ko na inaabangan ako ng isang boy from that group. I pretended, na hindi ko siya nakita. "Hey, slave! Come with me, your boss is waiting." he said, I just followed him quietly. I stared at him to recognize his face, since I didn't know his name.

'He's so cute!' I thought, "What are you looking at?" he said calmly. I just looked away and then, bumaba kami sa stairs tapos may isang room doon.

Employees only ang nakasulat sa door, then we went inside. Inside that room, there was an apartment-like room. 'Who are these people?' I asked myself, while heading to their leader who's sitting comfy on a couch.

 "Oh, so my slave is already here. Come closer." he said, "Simula ngayon, ang tawag mo sa akin ay kamahalan Jeyron." he said, 'I thought his name was Jed Aaron?' I thought. 

"Opo, kamahalan Jeyron." I anwered. "Please tell me the rules, so I can leave already." I said hoping, na makakalabas ako sa room na ito, iba kasi ang atmosphere dito eh, it's like anytime, may mangyayaring masama sa iyo.  "Hahahah, listen to these rules carefully, okay?" he said.

"Rule no. 1: Hindi ka aalis sa tabi ko, you'll be my Personal Assistant a.k.a. slave. Pero, kung hindi kita kailangan pwede kang umalis."

"Rule no. 2: Kapag may inutos ako sa iyo, gawin mo ng maayos."

"Rule no. 3: Lalayuan mo na ang mga kaibigan mo at we'll be your new bestfriends now."

"Rule no. 4: Don't you dare fall inlove with me."

"Hahahahaha!" they all laughed, "Anong masasabi niyo sa rules ko guys?" Jeyron asked his friends, "It was so cool, man!" one of them answered, and the others nodded in agreement.

"How about you, slave?" he asked me, "I have many things I want to say. Can I say it?" I asked, "Sure, say anything you want." he said, so I started asking questions.

"Pwede mo ba akong tawagin na Yuri?"

"Ok."

"Pwede bang ipaalam ko muna sa friends ko kung anong nangyari?"

"No."

"Ok, so paano nila malalaman kung bakit ako lumayo sa kanila?"

"I'll let one of us inform them." 

"Paano kapag weekends, ako pa rin ba ang slave mo?"

"Yes."

"Can I meet up with my REAL friends outside the school?"

"Okay."

"Pwede ba kayo mag-introduce ng sarili niyo isa't isa?"

"Sure."

So, they started to introduce themselves to me, "I'm Alex." said the guy who accompanied me to go here, "I'm Cody" said the cool guy, "I'm Hans" said the guy who looks like a playboy, "I'm Nick." I think he's the youngest, "I'm Jeyron." the leader said.

They're all handsome guys, BUT-- they're bad boys. "Yuri, give me your address and contact number, in case that you don't want to follow my orders, i'll go to your house, I mean, WE will go to your house." he said, "Opo, kamahalan Jeyron." I said as I was getting a paper and ballpen outside of my bag, I wrote my address and contact number, then, gave it to Jeyron.

 "Guys, leave us alone for a sec." he said while looking at me. They all went out and me and Jeyron was left in the room, "Sit down." he said, "Here are my personal orders, you are the only one who'll know about this, except for my friends....*sighs* Yung girlfriend ko nakipag-break sa akin, her name is Dienice." Oh my! siya nga talaga si crying boy, then, he continued.

"I want you to be her close friend and ask her why'd she break up with me. Every Saturday, you'll update me of her. Do you understand?" I nodded, "Here is her contact number, email address, and her house address." he gave me a piece of paper with those information.

"And if you do your job well, I will deduct 20 days out of your 100 days of slavery." he said, "I'll do my best, kamahalan Jeyron." I said. I really wanted to be released from being a slave, so i'll really do my best.

It's Friday today, and i'm going to the my job as a slave. 'Be friends with Dienice!' I thought, while going upstairs, it was end of school day so it's already 5:30 pm. I opened my  laptop, and I logged in my Facebook account.

I searched for her email address to add her as my friend. Hope she adds someone she doesn't know. I sent her a friend request and looked at her pictures, I saw a picture of Jeyron and her. And her status updates were gloomy and sad.

'I wonder what happened, that she would break up with her boyfriend? She likes another guy? Jeyron likes another girl? They always argue?' I asked myself these questions habang nag-babasa ako ng mga status niya. 

I wish it didn't happen, I wish I never met him. Isa sa mga status niya ito. Hmmm... baka yung girl ang may kasalanan. Then, si Jeyron, hindi lang makapag-move on or hindi siya makapaniwala na nagawa sa kanya nung girl yun.

Then, nakita ko na may notification ako, Dienice Mendoza accepted your friend request... Ang bilis naman, well, makikipag-chat na ako. 

After a few hours, naging friends kami ni Dienice, pero hindi ko siya tinanong tungkol sa break-up nila ni Jeyron, syempre, dahan-dahan lang baka ma-halata niya na yun lang ang habol ko. And, nalaman ko lang na, 3 years na sila ni Jeyron, at siya daw ang nag-court kay Jeyron! Hahahaha!

That's so funny, isipin mo, pwede na pala na ang girl ang manliligaw sa boy. When I looked at the clock, it was already 10:00 pm, woah-- time sure flies fast! By the way, matutulog na ako, ayaw kong magka-eye bags. I logged out my account and slept. 

It's Saturday morning today, I need to report to Jeyron today, but I don't have his cell no. Dzzzzt-- dzzzt-- someone texted, maybe it's Jeyron.

Yup, it's him alright. I saved his no. first before I replied.

Friends na kami sa facebook, kamahalan. We chatted for a few hours, pero hindi ko pa alam ang reason kung bakit siya nakipag-break sayo. I'll make my relationship with her deeper before I ask her about her reason. Is that okay kamahalan?

Then, I hurriedly ran outside after ko mag-ayos sa sarili ko.
